Faith is the currency we deal with  God, The bible says, The just shell live by faith. Righteous or just people are those who are washed by the blood of the lamb. Moreover, Living by faith is expected of all of us!Wrong notions abound- Some say, I am living by faith.meaning they have no real source of income like others who have a steady job or an established business.  However, Living by faith is appointed for everyone who comes to God. Whoever comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.What is faith?The biblical explanation of how faith comes – Faith come by hearing and hearing by the word of God!Since faith comes by hearing, it comes by hearing about something, it has to do with confidence in what that someone has said, in this case what God has said. If God said it, you believe it on hearing it, and have confidence in what you have heard. In spiritual terms,   you hear the truth of God’s word, have confidence in it and grow in confidence in what God has said. And it pleases God, since you are putting trust in what God has said.Your body may be sick, but God’s word says you are healEd. Your bank account may be in the red, but your words are based upon the confidence in what God’s ‘ s word says, my God shall supply all my needs.But many people reveal where their faith is rooted in, thought their words- “my husband is a no good drunkard, my son is a rebel…”Mere church going is not going to cause their Prayers to work! Faith is not crying about your problems- you believe the word so much that all the facts you see in life concerning your situation seems like a lie in comparison to the word of God. You call all the surrounding symptoms a lie.

It is true that  every single person believer or not, actually lives by faith. It is what you take for granted. We all believe in something! It is what we vocalize, that actually comes to pass! This how people live everyday. They believe something strongly. And if you listen to them, they speak it out all the time, and that is what they believe in… They realize  it. If you are in big trouble today, it is as a result of what you have been believing and how you have been speaking. On the contrary, If you are living a wonderful and successful life in Christ, it is because of what you have believed and what you have spoken. That is the way the kingdom of God works.So many agonize, “why did God allow this?” such a question arises from listening to a lazy version of the bible which claims God controls everything. (you don’t have to do a thing, not even study the bible to understand and expound the way God works!) he’s got the whole world in His hands… “but why is my life such a mess if God was to take care of me automatically?”But God is not in control! If God was in control of our lives, it would be all wonderful all the time. It is not wonderful, because God is not in control; on the contrary, god says, you are in control, you have to act, you have to do something! The life you choose is what you are going to have! What you choose if what you are going to have.While some Christians  earnestly believe God is in control, some more spiritual than them, believe that the devil is in control. Even the devil is not problem, because the devil needs your cooperation work with you. God also needs your cooperation. God needs you to speak words of life to prosper you; the devil too wants you to speak certain words in order to destroy you and take you in the wrong direction and ruin you. He wants to speak certain words to you, you have to hear them, believe them, speak them to operate them in your life- to your peril! Do not say the devil is in control! The devil is not such a big shot after all! You are in control! The devil is not! God says, you choose what you want , the devil or God. How do you choose?Faith is confidence in God’s word. It came by God’s word and works though our words.Look at this statement: unless we understand the power of our words, we will not understand the power of God’s words!
Why is faith released through words?Because God made us like Him!

Hebrews 11:3By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.
The Worlds were created by the word of God. When God wanted the sun, moon stars, fish , all that is in Gen. 1, the word of God framed it. They came into being because of his word.
Hebrews 1:3

And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
The word of His power is different from the power of his word! The power of God is an expression of all that God is- All that power is in His Word! God is not upholding all things by the power of His word! He upholds it all by the word of his power. The word contains His entire power and His ability! You and I are made exactly like that. But the church seldom teaches this reality about us!  If you are dissatisfied with the way your life is going about, the way how you will change it is exactly how God did it! God saw the chaos, despair, despondency of creation, horrible catastrophe and what did he do? He spoke! Which is what you have to do when you look at the way your life is going…Have you noticed what are the prominent words in Gen. chapters 1 and 2?

When He saw the chaos He spoke! But He did not speak how bad the situation was! Three things occur again and again. And God said…. And God said… And God said… And God said…And God said…

And it was so.

And it was good.
After He said whatever he said was produced and came into being. He did not pray, “oh God, you see this problem, the despicable state the world is… Do you not see my problem?o where are you O God? This is happening to me: my husband/ wife/ daughter is doing this to me!” though God saw the chaos, He did not speak the chaos, He only spoke, Let there be light! Let there be…We are create like God. We ought to use our mouths to speak like God, to change our world, to alter the chaos, to sink the disorderliness, to tide over the calamity. Our answers do not lie in sending prayer requests by post , email or SMS to men of God! Write and wait for a reply through our defunct postal system! It is ofcourse alright to pray for a new believer who seeks our prayer, they could not know better… They have not been to a meeting like this! The sad thing about most Christians is so sad.

They sing at church, Call Him up, Call Him up, tell Him what you want…

But in practice will seek some man to pray on their behalf! The benefit of knowing God is you can choose life by speaking it! You can alter the course of your life, the provision exists an inch below your nose!

God has made you. Like Himself. This is a great truth.God created and sustains everything by the word of His power. He continues to keep the systems running buy the same word of His power! Therefore, We receive blessing and prosperity from God by speaking, how do you keep it going in that same direction?  By the word. Creating and sustaining by the word!

Mark 11:224 And Jesus *answered saying to them, “ Have faith in God. 23 Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. 24 Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.

Saying is mentioend thrice and believing only once. Jesus seems to be implying that Saying is more important than believing! Whoever says… Things he says… Have whatever he says…The past weeks we have seen many verses about the tongue- you will profit to do a word study about the occurrences of the word tongue/ mouth in the bible. Th bible speaks a lot about the tongue, mouth and peaking than anything else- seeing, hearing, believing, doing…!
Believing something causes you to act. But saying it causes you to believe it! Saying precedes hearing and believing ! Prayer involves words. In prayer you ought to pay three time more attention to what we say, that what we believe.  We cannot tell God, Lord there is a big mountain here!Whatever you say…@In another place we read you shall say to this tree… An experiment clarified out by biologists confirmed that plants who were spoken to responded.V 24 Therefore … This word connects the previous verses- since this is so, since saying is so important to you, your situation and surrounding… What you say comes to pass.. Because faith speaks to the mountain and does not cry over it… Because this is so…Faith consists of spoken words. Words must be spoken for faith to come ,when words are spoken, faith goes to work!Therefore when you pray, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe you shall receive them and you shall have them! Just like when you speak tooth mountain, it moves, when you pray it will come to pass! Just like you believe for the mountaintop move, believe for your prayers tone answered! Faith comes by the word, faith goes out by our mouth speaking!We are asked to release this faith in our prayer life; Without faith prayer is dead. Without faith, nothing works with God! Whatever things we ask with God! Everything we ask…

The people of israel were told, the land is yours, go take it. Yet they lived 40 years in the wilderness. An11 day journey dragged out for so long! As if God did not give the promised land to them! They went round and round… They must have prayed and read the bible in the wilderness! They were God’s people, yet went around the wilderness.Worse still, in India we were taught that God saves you and keeps you in the wilderness for 40 years before letting you in. Our songs echoed, about the travails of the wilderness, actually lasting the whole earthly life. We would only die and go to heavenly Canaan! All of earthly life was talked about as where God has purchased us and led us into, and kept there by God only to be rid of when we die and go to heaven, the Canaan land. The wilderness was never planned by God for the Israelites… They were to march through it in eleven days!  For those eleven days were provided heavenly air conditioners cool and warm, with built-in diurnally operated thermostats! They were to be provided heavenly manna as food to, sustain them till they reached the land flowing with milk and honey. Yet they did not have it! So much was promised to them but they did not walk in it! How about us? So much is at our disposal but we walk in utter emptiness, poverty and lack all our days, exchanging a great life for a meager existence!
Some say,God has never given me anything. Have you prayed? Yes I pray everyday from 5 to 6 every morning! Praying form dawn to dusk will not work unless you learn the principle of prayer and the power of your words.Whatever you ask…Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. (Mark 11:24 KJV)
Desire, whatever you desire… kJV leaves out the word ask! Where did this desire come from? This desire came from God’s word! God’s desire for,you- your family, your finances, your business, and your involvement. God desires success for you. If you cannot believe that God desires to put you over, that would be a terrible mistake, but God wants you to succeed for his name’s sake!  His reputation is involved! When you fail, He is put down since you are on display literally before the world! God wants you to make it! God desires for you only good. Every good and perfect gift comes from the father of lights…He is not the father of evil, he is the father of good!  There is evil in the satanic world,but god is the source of good. Take God’s desires and speak them. Find them In God’s word and speak them out – in prayer. That is what prayer is all about! Prayer is not about complaining to God about your problem or whomever is the cause of your problem – your wife, child or husband… Prayer is speaking your desire, that God has expressed for you… You say this is my life!When people complain about things, I tell them change the direction of your speaking for that is when miracles are going to happen! Don’t repeat to everyone your problem, shut the door within your house and say to the mountain, mountain be removed from my life! Mountain you stand in my way of achieving God’s purpose in my life, I command you be moved!

Instead of saying O my husband drinks, say, in my house there will be no drunkenness! In my house there will,be no poverty, in my house there will no the evil, there will not be ruin, in my house there will not be ill health! In my house there will be joy, happiness, peace, there will be what God wants… In the name of Jesus, I enforce it…everything else go out the door!Your prayers ought to be like that, for when God’s word is spoken it is achieved 100% of the time!

Isaiah 55:10-11“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven,And do not return there without watering the earthAnd making it bear and sprout,And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater;11 So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth;It will not return to Me empty,Without accomplishing what I desire,And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.
Your words are like this, if you speak His words, they shall never return to you void! It will do the vey thing for which it was sent. Therefore every word has to be sent out with a purpose. In order to enable us to have this clout did God send His son, who died, defeated Satan, ascended to the Father and sent us the Holy spirit, so that we could comprehend these things, take our rights and privileges, and operate like god intended for us to operate.
Release the word and it will work.
Some object citing the example of so and so, they were so good, they did everything just like you said, it did not work for them! Why didn’t God do it for them? How are you sure they did everything the way God said? To move the mountain God says, to tell it to move, to pray thus, and the next verse reads,

Mark 11:25 Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.
Prayer will not work effectively unless you forgive. The mountain will not be moved even though you use the faith principle! Faith worketh by love, so you have to set something’s right for faith to work. Instead of blaming God, his word always accomplishes what it was sent out to do, examine what you have been doing wrong. God never fails!Therefore speak the word, today tomorrow, the day after…keep speaking it! Keep speaking in line with God’s word. Until it works!A book written by a man of God claimed , for the last twenty five years I have received what I have prayed and asked for! Could it be true? I haven’t got them all yet! Yes it can be proved over time, as you believe it! Everything that I ever wanted to do, I am doing today! It was never that God’s word did not work, it always worked when I believed and spoke God’s word! It has moved hundreds of mountain those last 20 years. I got used to mountains now! Kilimanjaro to Himalayas. I have only one option for mountains- they will move or I will pulverize it! I belong to God, God is on my side and God is against that mountain!

Zechariah 4:77 ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’”
Another place God says I have given you sharp teeth to chew the mountain out! Sharp teeth, everything happens from the mouth. God is saying, My man is going to destroy this mountain through his words! And make it into nothing! Prayer is a time of expressing such a faith- and every word counts! Therefore for every empty word we will give account! Therefore we have to choose our words.  Don’t pray whatever comes to your mouth! Choose the exact words of your prayer! Because words are more precious than anything else!  Words are going to make you what you want to become! Why is it so? Because you have been created like God to house words and use it to create, sustain and recreate! That is why we have authority and power.How does the word work?Mark 4:3“Listen to this! Behold, the sower went out to sow;

Mark 4:9And He was saying, “ He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”God is not explaining mere farming here, he is talking about the word.

Mark 4:14The sower sows the word.

How does prayer work? Many pray the word of God, but soon after they lose faith and hope when they do not see its effect immediately. The bible explains how the word works. (This is the most significant teaching in the kingdom workings by Jesus)

Mark 4:26  And He was saying, “The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil;

Mark 4:27-28and he goes to bed at night and gets up by day, and the seed sprouts and grows—how, he himself does not know. 28 The soil produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head.
How does the kingdom of God work? Or how does God change our lives? Detiny, directs, problems, or walk in victory? After sowing he one’s to sleep ad wakes up, (probably for months), the seed grows but he himself does not know how! That is the absolute truth! You cannot divine how these things happen! It will grow! Mighty work happen under the earth, but I do not know.It is when the sprouts comes out of the earth, we can see a little bit! The earth yields crops…step by step, blade, head, grain in the head.
Look at how a child is born- a seed is planted and something happens in the womb. Body parts are being formed. You were just a seed at one time! Waiting for nine months a new person is created! If you can creat a new person with a seed, you can create a new future starting with a seed! If you begin to speak the word of God is prayer, you are beginning to release seed! Just like  a person is made and born into this world, you can speak and create a brand new future in this world- through your word! The principle of faith, is in operation in this world- you speak and it will be so! Just like God spoke and it was so!You shall say to this mountain… You will have whatever you say!Just like genesis- it is not about God anymore- it is  about you! He said it, you say it, God’s word is working!

Mark 4:30-31  And He said, “How shall we picture the kingdom of God, or by what parable shall we present it? 31 It is like a mustard seed, which, when sown upon the soil, though it is smaller than all the seeds that are upon the soil,yet when it is sown, it grows up and becomes larger than all the garden plants and forms large branches; so that the birds of the air can nest under its shade.”Small seed but it grows, this is ow it works.Psalm one also talks about a man who meditates on the word- and he shall be like…
Psalms 1:2But his delight is in the law of the Lord,And in His law he meditates day and night.Psalms 1:3He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water Which yields its fruit in its seasonAnd its leaf does not wither;And in whatever he does, he prospers.
Like a tree planted by rivers of water- the word of God, he is the one who is meditating on the word! Jesus the bridegroom washes the church His bride with the water of the word!Word is water. The tree is planted, but does Not appear by magic tomorrow! It give fruit in its season!There is a season for everything. You have to wait for the season- and at the appointed season, everything begins to take place! Whatever he does shall prosper. The meaning of that statement is so great! What does it mean? Whatever he wants he will have, because- he is planted by the rivers of living water! Th word is in him- he is prying the word, believing the word and speaking the word, releasing faith by his word and he is going to have whatever he wants, whatever he does will prosper.I don’t know why anyone will throw away this kind of a life! I got ahold of this when I was young! Whatever I do , I will prosper.Because you re praying and speaking consistently, daily. And through the day! What do you say after you pray?I prayed and prayed, I don’t know what is happening! There it goes… They speak the opposite of what they pray! You have to be consistent! Sow the word, and keep by the waters and then it grows-

Luke 17:5-6The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” 6 And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea’; and it would obey you.
The disciples were requesting Jesus to increase their faith. They were requesting more faith just as if having bugger muscles would help them lift a heavier load! It is not we don’t have faith, we have some faith but how can we get more of it? And Jesus directs them to the seed. If you have little faith, you can plant it!With faith like a little seed, you can tell this mulberry tree, you can open your mouth and speak, like sowing, your speaking will cause it to grow! If you want your faith to move mountains, if you want to have a miracle in your life, you then speak it. Do not say, I have little faith, so I will wait for more faith to come and them I will speak. In the way you sow seed, speak what you have , it is going to grow to greater faith!

James 3:2For we all stumble in many ways. If anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body as well.A mature man is one who does not stumble in word but knows how to use words.

James 3:3Now if we put the bits into the horses’ mouths so that they will obey us, we direct their entire body as well.A horse can run off with you, if you do not know how to control it, use the bit and bridle. Many know how to ride a horse but not life. They do not know how to go from disaster to hope and success!  Paul says , I have run the race and finished the course. The dying day of a Christian is the moses successful day in a Christian’s life. No matter where you’re, you whole life is brought under control by the reins.Pilots can set courses, to bring the plane to London though the wind is bling to Tokyo! He knows how to control the plane with hundreds of precious lives and take the reins of that aero plane with all it’s power and work th winds and  bring it to the desired destination.  Do you use your words powerfully to walk in the will of God?
My words are powerful words because I am made like God to say and it will be so. God has made me like himself to use my tongue in a powerful way to reach my destiny, the purpose of God for me! Today I take the  words of God, choose them and put them in my mouth deliberately and speak them in my prayer and in my daily life, and I will win because God’s word will accomplish whatever it is sent for. Because God’s word is a powerful word, it will accomplish everything for which it is sent for.
Determine in your heart to pray this way!

God is omniscient, predetermined, omni potent, does not change, so why pray? Many quit o these lines. But Jesus’s said “men always ought to pray”.

Men always ought to pray
Why?
1. If we don’t God won’t
2. Partnership with God
3. Exercising rule and dominion
4. Bringing to pass God’s purposes on earth.

God has many thought and purposes about us. But most Christians live and die Without ever seeing the fulfillment of their dreams in this earthly life. It is due to the falsehood they have ignorantly believed- that God’s will automatically happens in their lives. A fatalistic idea indeed! His will and purpose will not automatically come to pass because he is an almighty God! He has put an Order in this earthly realm. A man has to take his purpose and make it his own and ask for them to be fulfilled in his life.

Jesus taught us to pray: Let your will come to pass on earth as it is in heaven.

Prayer is us giving permission to God to bring it to pass in our life! God is one who respects mankind- He will not enter into your life and heart without your permission. Behold I stand at the door and knock… He is going to knock like a gentleman and you will open like a gentleman! Any visitor who is a gentleman will only reach that part of the house that you allow him. The action is in your hands! You never asked so far and so, you do not have His will in your life

“I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants, (Deuteronomy 30:19 NASB).

Everything good Is from God.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit. (Proverbs 18:21 NASB)

Primarily people rule with their tongue. Those who reject this eternal principle, will not be helped! In prayer it must work if you realize it.

The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life,
But the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. (Proverbs 10:11 NASB)

Pryer is a time when you use your tongue before God to take that which you speak. Fountain of life is in your tongue if you are righteous! Life and good, death and evil… Two options are chosen by your mouth. Life springs out of your mouth, from God.

A soothing tongue is a tree of life,
But perversion in it crushes the spirit. (Proverbs 15:4 NASB)

From the fruit of a man’s mouth he enjoys good,
But the desire of the treacherous is violence. The one who guards his mouth preserves his life;
The one who opens wide his lips comes to ruin. (Proverbs 13:2, 3 NASB)

Some mouths are wide open- their Owners wag their tongues whichever way they want.

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12 NASB)

God has placed life, in front of you- the word of God is that life.

“Go, stand and speak to the people in the temple the whole message of this Life.” (Acts 5:20 NASB)

In Luke Jesus said, the words that I speak to you are spirit and they are life! Peter had just said that jesus had the words of life!

Christian preaching is preaching life. Anyone can preach the bible but what are they preaching? How to tell the difference between reaching that products life or death? Do not go by the looks- beard, prayer, or cadence of speech, or vocabulary, or eloquence! Look for one thing- is what being said producing good things, bringing hope, building a sense offer inside you, helping you, producing healing, health and prosperity? It does not take very much effort to find this!

Hear somebody sing well? but if after singing well they say, “God is not going to commend you – thou good and successful servant- he is going to say, well done you good and faithful servant”- immediately, it produces something – a type of death, since God wants you to be successful! Is it alright to keep failing, have inability, insecurity, tolerate laziness..?

A lot of people take bible verses and hang themselves. The letter kills is God’s commentary of His word! If you do not understand it well.

Naked came I and naked I return…

Many just resign themselves to lazy notions – what am I going to take away from this earth- (nothing) so let us just praise god! That is a administration of death! The bible does not say that! The bible says is Joshua, if you are faithful , you will have good success! God gave Joshua a success lesson not because he asked for it, He did it for His sake! How untrue is it to believe in such a philosophy, and partake everything evil by passively accepting it! Therefore everyone does not preach the bible! If you want to succeed in life, you would thrive and be set free and be empowered to be all that God intended for you to be. Do you hear the word of God where you go (to church)? You can easily know if it is the word of God- when strength, life and power joy peace and comfort comes to you as a result of hearing it.when something condemns and tears you down to pieces it is not the word of God. The bible is a success book primarily! If you are deriving failure out of it, do not accept it! The bible will do you good, come up in life, overcome your problems and defeat your enemy in life. Anyone preaching with a big bible in hand is not worth your time.
Touching your nose is such a easy thing but someone confuse you to try going around your head, and you may try it all your life and not be able to do it!

Deuteronomy 30:15-16
Choose Life
15 “See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, and death and adversity; 16 in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, that you may live and multiply, and that the Lord your God may bless you in the land where you are entering to possess it.

There is good and life and there’s bad and death in front of you. Man brought evil into the world- so death is there too! Everything pertaining to God is in front of you.now be man and choose good things! What is life all about? How to choose this life?
We saw that we could choose life by our tongue. Life is in the Word.

Deuteronomy 30:11-14
“For this commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach. 12 It is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘ Who will go up to heaven for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it? ’ 13 Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will cross the sea for us to get it for us and make us hear it, that we may observe it? ’ 14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it.

Th word of God not too mysterious! It is so simple: it is not in heaven; or beyond the sea in th USA! He made it so easy- the word is very near you- in oyur mouth and in your heart! Success healing, sp healing is not very far from me. So near you do not need to even stretch out your hand: just one inch beneath your nose!

How to succeed and be an overcomer?

Paul picks up the same sarcastic way God speaks and says in Romans 10:6-10

But the righteousness based on faith speaks as follows: “ Do not say in your heart, ‘ Who will ascend into heaven? ’ (that is, to bring Christ down), 7 or ‘ Who will descend into the abyss? ’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).” 8 But what does it say? “ The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, 9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

This righteousness of Faith does not speak that way! So many are striving to bring God from the heavens down. They pray come down lord! They want to climb the heavens to touch God! But God has already come down. You don’t need to descend to hell to bring up Christ! It is all done and over with!
What does righteousness of faith say? 8 But what does it say? “ The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching. Now use you tongue to choose- Jesus!
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is lord and God raised him from the dead, then you shall be saved. Saved from evil- sozo, salvation healing deliverance, to do well, saved form lack want and poverty. All this happens when you open with your mouth Jesus is Lord.
Confessing your sins?
In youth meetings people are taught to on fess all their sins in order to accept Jesus as Lord. They are told to fast and pray three days and then be saved. Paul, teaching exhaustively on the subject, says,

9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Why don’t people get assured of their salvation and are constantly seeking to get it, by confessing repeatedly their sins? Since people are adept at spinning and have sinned profusely, they try to remember each of those sins and they are never sure if they have remembered and forsaken it all! Some exhaust all the sins they can remember. Still the nagging doubt that they could have left out one of them haunts them and as a result do not have the assurance of salvation.
What is the biblical point of view? If you want salvation, confess Jesus. What about sin? No, for salvation, confess Jesus!

DL moody, was led to tell the organist to receive Jesus as Lord. The girl hesitated though convicted, for she also wanted to keep up her dancing in night clubs. She wanted therefore to quit dancing and then accept Jesus as Lord. Moody told her, ” receive and confess Jesus as lord and then dance all you want”. She did so and after the meeting, that day and the next day, she told Moody, that she had no more desire within her to go dancing.

This is the way we are designed to function,we rule by the word of our mouth. You live in sin and wallow in its desires but when you open your mouth and confess with it that Jesus is lord, everything that is evil loses its grip over your life. You choose it by the word of your mouth; if you confess with your mouth the lord Jesus, you shall be saved- be delivered of all the evil attaching itself to you.
A nurse who was used to use cuss words, was never rebuked by the pastor who conducted the bible study. She was welcomed; there was no board announcing, “cuss words not allowed” However she got saved, by the prayer of salvation. She said Jesus, you are my Lord, I confess that you are my Lord and Saviour. There is no need for story telling! she spent the entire day at work, and had not used a cuss word even once. Something had happened inside- heaven acknowledges your confession. All of evil has no power now. Real confessing is about confessing Jesus as one’s Lord! That will do it! Jesus becomes your Lord. What you confess is what you have!

What do you do for your life to be changed? Choose life, use your tongue, not confessing your sins but confessing Jesus as Lord. It is true about tprqyer too: prayer is not confessing your problems, it is choosing to speak the solution to your problems. Instead of speaking death by speaking your problems, you choose life by speaking the word to your problems! Never lament your problems.

Choose the word- the word is the answer to your problems. Use your mouth to choose life.
How do you see the answer to your problems happening to you? jesus is passing you by, just touch Him! If it was your touching that will rid you of your problems, then it is going back to bringing Him down from heaven! What do you want? All want and chaos and depressive words come from the devil who has all the evil word up within Him. Words of life come from God, ministering life to you. To walk in success victory and health, choose life with your words- everyday confess Jesus as your Healer, Deliverer. One your mouth and confess it.

But the church has gone this way of filling oil in bottles and saying the oil will work! If their life depended on them getting the oil- the postal system would kill them with delays! You have to do no such thing! The word of faith which we preach is very near you even in your mouth, if you choose it, take and speak it, it will become yours. Isn’t that better?

God is so gracious he did not keep it far for you: even when you sleep, it it slays with you- your mouth is always with you! At work, the word is always with you!
This word of the Lord shall not depart out of your mouth!

Don’t let it leave your mouth- words of healing, deliverance, success, prosperity, long life… All the way on your drive, keep speaking, thank you for open doors, thank you for open heaven above me! Blessing I cannot contain…rejoice over it! Every believer has it in built! It isn’t mysterious, it is so easy for even a person with first grade education to comprehend! Keep saying it, speak life!
Don’t say things like, when I stand before Him on the last day, he is not going to ask me how successful a servant I am, but how faithful I was! God is interested in your success, that is why you need to be faithful.

Whatever you need is in your mouth. I do not need to lay my hand you- you come to receive the word- ultimate Christian growth is about you be opening a person where you speak it- that is the best way to receive what god has in store for you!

I must choose,nothing is going to happen unless I choose. I must choose life by confessing Jesus as my lord and saviour. i must choose health, I must choose prosperity, sucess, happiness, good future, Promotion, every good thing. Every good thing that comes from the father. I must choose with my tongue.i must choose my words. I must choose God’s word. My problem is full foo death,so I don’t speak the problem, I speak life by speaking the word. Prayer is where I choose my words and speak the word of God over my problems, difficulties. I minister life to it!

cast your nets down for a catch. If you do not have nets, go get them!

You have been created with a Free will- to understand, analyze and conclude. Therefore, without your permission God himself will not bless you! Blessing is not automatic. That explains why so many lives are in weakness, frustration and defeat! Isn’t it because we are deluded into thinking , ” if God wants it , it will happen” no! it is about inviting God to intervene in your life. God asks, what do your want? Even a blind man had to need sight , who knows, may be he just needs his head ache gone!
Deuteronomy 30:19
I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants,

God gives us the question and the answer too- you have to be dumb, deaf and stupid to choose otherwise. You would set a trend of poverty and death if you don’t heed this advice! How you decide concerning this god-given will would decide the outcome for you and your children and their children!
In case you disown your own choice, god calls heaven and earth as Witnesses; they are called to counter your complaint, why did not God bless me?
Exercise your free will! God is not going to choose for you! He did not push down tree of life fruit down adam’s throat. Neither did He stop Adam from eating the fruit of knowledge of good and evil. God watched and did not do anything! I want to bless you, but I want to honor you , you are like me! You have to make a decision to come to Me for help too! Your future depends upon choosing!
Many have this idea not of choosing but sailing along.

Merrily merrily, merrily merrily
Life is but a dream.

Whatever should happen will happen! Fancying they are in God’s hands… If that were true, then our lives would have been so wonderful! We do not even come to church! We need to; we need to learn how to choose, how to exercise our free will! That we and our descendants may live. Prayer is cooperating with God that his will could come to pass in our lives.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life]. (Proverbs 18:21 AMP)

Do you understand it? You choose it – life or death by the power of your tongue! God has given you a free will; you choose your words and you have what you say- you eat your words!
Eve and Satan spoke with each other- she said it was good to see, taste and good for this and that and then she parties of it! Through your tongue you are going to decide your destiny! All you time you come across people talking the negative things, choosing the wrong words! Failure, unbelief and defeat…
Whoever shall say to this mountain- … Shall have whatever he says!
A law of biblical interpretation emphasizes the importance of a repeated word. Notice the word ‘say’. The mountain will move away or form in front of you based on your word. You can create death by speaking it!
Those who love it will eat its fruit…Do you appreciate that this truth is valid? That your tongue is the means by which authority is exercised in this world. Do you love it? If so, you will eat its fruit! If you do not, you will speak regardless and will suffer the consequences! If you order your life around it…
How do you use it..

For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]. (Mark 11:24 AMP)Another translation says-

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. (Mark 11:24 KJV)
Christianity is a religion of desire! Some have tried to make it a system of no desires. Growing beards, trying to give up this or that… Whatever things you desire…
For your career, for your family, for your relationships, for your business… Do you have any desire regarding these things?
Even this may sound unspiritual for some today. But we are people with large desires! If we speak of each others’ desires we’d call each other crazy! We ought to have desires about our spiritual life, emotional life, financial state and condition. Everything we put our hand to do. It is theses desires that we speak about when we pray! So we ought to first desire…What do you desire?
Even a Beggar on the street does! That the Sikkim lottery will fall to his name! This time… Are we just like him hoping our number will show up and we will make it big?
No! Our desire ought to come from the Word! Our desire is more sure. It is certain- it has been promised to me- promised and sworn.
I fill my heart with those desires. It does not come from my flesh or my needs problems or my perspective for this life- but God’s plans for me and His perspective! My desire!

Is your desire just a plate of chicken curry?

Asking and desire are synonymous. You do not go to a restaurant and make an announcement- I am hungry! My stomach is rumbling. The waiter takes you order- what do you want?
The word of God is your menu book! Look into it! There is pepper chicken and chicken sixty five… God has got it all ready, and wonderful in unlimited quantity! What do oyu want?
Choosing is important! What have you chosen? You cannot pray without choosing. Choose what you want and pray what you have chosen to want!
Do not pray your problems. (God already knows that ) God sees you lack want and difficulty. Do not talk your problems because the problems came from the devil and when you talk them, you are glorifying the devil and you’re speaking the words that he has put in your head! Pray what God’s word says- God’s words are full of answers for your problems! Take it and put it in your mouth. The devil’s words bring death into you- God’s words bring life into you! They are full of life.
You should never open your mouth and say anything that would give the impression that the devil is something! Refer to him as the defeated foe, head crushed, teeth knocked out, retarded, no good, destined for eternal destruction, no power over me. That is how you have to talk of the devil. Never exalt your problems! Let your prayers be prayers that exalt God. Heaven respects God’s word! Problems are nothing for God. It can be changed- in an instant.
Do you believe God’s word? That is what matters! God honors faith, not your needs and your problems. God will to move based on our needs and problems; if that were true, all our problems would have been solved already.
We find his will, speak it out and God fulfills it.

2. This unlimited transcendent almighty God. Nothing can downsize Him. He is beyond everything. He cannot be control by anything or anyone. He has decided to limit himself only to one thing and that is prayer! He has exalted His word even above His name!
If any man will speak to Him His word, he would do it. Almighty transcendent God would stop, listen and answer when someone says- “God you said it and you do it!” Heaven respects that.
That blows the lid off of our pet concepts about prayer. Some feel prayer is like acrobatics or even a temper tantrum.
I am not going to let God go unless He gives… A child may succeed with his parents with tantrums, they give in to them owing to the nuisance factor! God has no such compulsions! You cry and howl all you want and he would not feel pressured! Ice-cream pop corn… I won’t even swallow saliva, or drink a drop of water… I am not impressed.
But when a man says, Lord I am overwhelmed by my situation but I do not respect them… They come from a world of sin… You have promised, I call upon you to fulfill the promises you made to me….God says, that is the man I want to work with.
Someone says, “I am fighting with God…” Want to know the result? you are going to lose. If you stand in heaven, gold is not allied, his word is valued. The word of Go dust come to pass… It must be fulfilled.
For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: (Hebrews 6:13-18 KJV)
Men swear by someone greater . God does not have anyone greater and so He swears by himself. Whatever blessing God made to Abraham, he swore by Himself to give the certainty of his promises to Abraham and to us.
If there is any uncertainty that his promise will be fulfilled, he swore by Himself! To instill a surety and consolation to us who could doubt… He confirmed it by an oath! God made up His mind, to make us the heirs of promise to understand the unchanged illite of his intention. That if he purposes it, if HS counsel has determined it, he will surely bring it to pass. That you should become very sure about it.
Men make promises and forget it… God is not like that. God wants you to see that He will bring it to pass. He wants to give. You an assurance- confirming it by an oath. Even though god can never lie, God in His great love, to give us hope, swears it- and by two immutable things- promise and oath.
Your prayer should be shored up by this fact. That God has sworn it. The limitless God has limited Himself by His word.
He is transcendent and all powerful but is limited by pHis word.
Therefore we ought to take his word and speak it to Him. Consider that God’s purpose concerning you is unchanging, that He cannot lie, that He will perform what He has promised…
So before prayer, preparation is necessary. But a large number of people pray much and prepare very little. What preparation is required? The mouth has to speak out of the abundance of the heart.
It is not coming and crying out God don’t you hear me? You have to know that it is God’s will for your life. Read His word, meditate on whatHis will for you is. Then you come to God on His word.
You do not want to come and complain, God I am crying out to you , why don’t you hear me?… I have asked so many times, it has still not come to pass. You can attend all night prayers, fast for days, it still will not produce the result.

God says something and it comes to pass. He ensures it. People usually go to great lengths to convince that they a serious in their promise. On my mother, upon my child- based on someone greater or based on what they value highly.
However, God commands his people not to swear. Your yes has to be yes and your no, no. However god himself swears here! Why dos. he not practice what He himself said?
God codes not have any body greater than Himself to swear upon! He is the greatest. If you won’t believe Him, on whom can you trust?

And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise

He swore on Himself, because he wanted Abraham to be sure that God will do what he had said. Abraham being old had to believe that he and good old Sarah we going to have a child. The blessing of Abraham comes to the Gentiles through Jesus Christ! Through abraham, through Jesus Christ, we are all party to God’s blessings now!
God swore not just to give a certainty to Abraham, but to give a certainty of His promise to us!

For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
When you get a greater person to witness your promise, it ends dispute and doubt that what you have said will be fulfilled. Above the promise when an oath is made it settles the matter once for all!
Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
Confirmed his counsel by an oath . God was willing to show to us the Immutability of his promise- the unshakeable quality of his nature. If God has said it, it will soon come to pass! My purposes are eternal and unchanging, man has ot becomes certain about my promises. I want you to be sure that I will perform my promise, therefore I will confirm it by an oath. He swore by Himself.
These two things do not change-
God can never lie- but just to give us a strong consolation – he swore an oath!
This is the basis of my prayer. That god has sworn it by an oath! That is how I go to god, that the limitless God has limited himself by His word! That if we speak his word, he is right there- to preform it! His love has done this for us. Respect it an put this in our heart and mind- that the unchanging will and purpose of god will come ot pass iim my lfe!
Tht is why much preparation is required prior prayer.
What preparation Is necessary?
3. Th mouth must spark out of the abundance of the heart! Prayer is coming to God- with his word filing your heart. You know his word is going to come to pass in your life. After His word has filled your heart- what come out is prayer! It is not lamenting and howling or temper tantrums!
Which is why John says, we have our petitions that we desired of Him, because we know what he hear us when we ask of him.
Therefore do not say- I have asked, let us see what will happen! No. “I have asked , I have spoken…I know I have it… How do you know you have it? because he swore by an oath, by Himself. I have a consolation and certainty!
Preparation is like Muhammad Ali preparing for a fight!
He had a whole team to help him prepare- he ran 6 miles in the morning, he had bought a mountain so he could trin on it. He had runners to help him keep pace, run faster and faster. Then they would make him do weight training, then he would have to punch the bags- to help him gain accuracy and endurance in the fight. It is not enough to try to punch the opponent in the ring, he would get punched out! He had to fight with real fighters paid to fight him to give him training. Months and months of preparation for th is one Fight. Finally he gets in ring for the fight and – in a few minutes it is over! Prayer is like that! Preparation is so crucial before prayer!
Preparation takes much longer than prayer itself. In Preparation the heart is prepared. Prayer is about our heart getting ready to receive what God has already provided.
In the olympics, for years great effort is put into preparation. So too must a great deal of time must be put in to understand what God has said in His word and getting a surety of his promise. What god has said he will do for us! Such a man will get his prayers answered 100% of the time!

Now then, O Lord God of Israel, let thy word be verified, which thou hast spoken unto thy servant David. (2 Chronicles 6:17 KJV)
Prayer is just asking God to come through with his word! Solomon just prayed for God to keep up his word that he had given to his father David. “God do what you promised.” Let your word come to pass in my life! Do what you promised! Prayer is not you begging God to do something for you!
prayer is not you trying to get God to do something for you- it is him bringing His will to pass in doing what he said he would do! He wants me to go to his word, find out what heaven respects- he wants you to fill your heart with that word- and meditate it night and day!
That is why god told Joshua to meditate on. his word night and day and do what is written in it and he. Oswald make his way prosperous- no wonder!
Take the word fill your heart and mind with it, and what your mind and heart is full of, your mouth must speak! Your mouth must not speak the problem- I must not blabber whatever it feels like! It must choose the words.
When you choose the right word, you are choosing life, you are choosing hope, victory, success and closure! The only way to ensure success is to choose the right word, speak it towards God and it pierces heaven, brings the answer that is God’s will; and it brings honor and glory to God.
That is prayer!

Lu 18: 1  And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Why Pray?

1. Unless man prays God will not do anything on the earth! The key words in the statement  are man and earth. God will not do anything in this earth realm that has been given over to man , unless a man prays! God has decided that way and so it will be forever! Because Adam and Eve messed up in Eden, God became a man and redeemed it back and restored it back to man; now  the honour and glory belongs to man!

God is better than self motivation stuff, he imputes power and authority to you just as we like to give all we have to our children and want them to succeed. God gives us everything and expects us to exercise rule and dominion over it!

2. the second reason is we join hands with God to do the will of God. Prayer is not asking God what oyu need. Prayer is an activity reserved for you the vice regent on earth to sit in the board meeting with God and rule and reign! God has predetermined everything; but we ought to know that so that I can accomplish it in prayer. It frees me to be a co- laborer, partner, joint functionary with God.

3. The third reason  is to exercise rulership and dominion over earth. The fall of mankind robbed him of dominion, the man became the slave of the devil. The choicest of God’s creation became subservient to the enemy of God! God planned redemption in such  a way that it meant not merely deliverance for man, but to restore man’s  position  of authority above anything else, including the devil. Unless that was done, man could not exercise authority!

But, So many are content preaching a gospel of mere freedom from sin!

Eph 2: 6

6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Redemption is not just freedom from sins, or a status of sonship, or even freedom from the devil’s atrocities! It is much beyond that- God has raised us up together and made us sit together in the heavenly places…

Where in the heavenly places?

19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

20  Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Jesus is at the right hand of God. We also have been made to sit at the right hand of God (in Christ Jesus)! The right hand of God is a place of power, authority and dominion!

So many have got it wrong! Some claim that there are seven heavens; and because they are not married and are consecrated they were going to the seventh heaven and all the others would be stuck in the third!

You would be lucky to just get to heaven; find some little corner! However the bible says … made me sit together with Him- where God himself is; at the most important place in heaven- in equality with Christ!

 Why did God not stop just with forgiving my sins? I would be glad and serve him forever with just the promise of heaven! But that is not enough for God! He is a God of too much! You think about yourself; God is thinking of the whole earth! God raised you up!

At the right hand

Is it an honorary position? A doctorate? No! We are seated in close proximity with God where we can talk to him, in a place …

Eph 1: 21

21  Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22  And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23  Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Why sit in the heavenly places?

NOT TO LAY EGGS! this is not about Jesus being seated at the right hand of God! Jesus being seated- there is where he came from- it is not about him- it means nothing ever happened to us!

It is about the man Jesus Christ! This Man freed from the dead, from satanic hold in hell, came out- with new life and ascended back to heaven and sat victorious and all the power is now invested into this one Man– Jesus Christ!

As col 2: 15 says-

15  And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

It is not about Jesus the Son of God- it is about man! The man Jesus who came as our substitute- and is now seated there as a man! And because  a man is seated there- God says- consider the man Christ Jesus- it is trying to tell us that it is not merely Jesus seated there-  it is us! Together with Him… Him sitting there was already a reality for Him- it is about us!

Where  am I?

Above all principality and power!

Where are they ( all the powers and principalities)?

They are under our feet!

So many have no clue to the reality of this statement. Someone advised, “be very careful when you lay hands on someone possessed with the devil- the devil may get onto you! Haha. It is a mean devil- he would do this and that to you!

Churches have not taught Christians the knowledge of this reality.

Someone referred to Jude 1: 9

Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

Michael, the most powerful archangel of heaven dared not rebuke the devil! I don’t rebuke thee, the lord rebuke you! Please get a revelation where you are sitting! The Lord Jesus is on your side- the devil is under your feet; he has been placed there!

Get a revelation- you are not Michael the archangel- you are a son of God seated with Christ at right hand of God (where Michael is not sitting); let Michael be who he is! I am not what He is, I am seated at the right hand of God, raised up together with Jesus, seated together with Him! ‘The Bible tells,  you rebuke the devil!’

In my name you shall cast out devils! I give you power over every serpent and scorpions; nothing by any means will hurt you!

Let us look at it logically- let us not try to teach each other Hebrew or Greek!

Heb 1: 14

14  Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

It means they have been appointed to serve us- they are ready to serve us. Is the one who serves greater or the one being served is greater? We ought not to think that man is made lower than angels! Scholars suggest that ‘man is made just a little lower than God’ is a better rendition of the original text! Angels are our ministering spirits!

Maybe Michael was deferring to his once upon a time buddy in angelic hierarchy; it does not apply to us! We were once captives but now the defeated foe has set us in our charge. We have been handed over all of the whole earthly realm by the Victor Christ Jesus! Under my feet!

Why pray?

We pray to exercise dominion! Therefore  before praying, we must pause to meditate on all these truths! We are seated with God! Where is satan positioned right now? What is his title ? never refer to him as Mr Satan- he is to be referred to as the defeated foe!

Whenever the devil wants you thinking something about yourself or your failures, call him aside for a little talk and remind him how his teeth were knocked out on Calvary! Do not for one moment be in awe of him, even that he is a mean devil!

If we are seated at the right hand the the Father, then we are seated FAR above all principalities and powers-  the devil’s power is nothing! (Every word of God is important for you to overcome! )

Most of the problems in the church is trying to get what you already have. We think we have nothing but God has given us everything, we think we are so small but we are so big!

Jesus being raised up is a only relevant if we are raised up with Him too! In this connection read ch 2:6

And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church],   Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself]. (Ephesians 1:22, 23 AMP)

We are his body, another translation-

He has put all things under his feet  for the benefit of the church. So that the church may benefit from it- the people of the body, individually and corporately.

Why did He put all things under Jesus’ feet?

What benefit does Jesus have in being raised up and head over all things? Nothing! He was there; He merely got back there! But if we were to benefit – it makes all the difference!

However the church does not benefit since no one ever speaks about it! All they ever say is be careful of the devil, he may get on you! It is for the benefit of the church, for me, that Jesus did it! Jesus benefits nothing, I benefit everything!

Full gospel?

Full Gospel is definitely Not being full of food or even having a  pot belly! Having your sins forgiven and going to heaven is not full gospel! Deliverance from the devil is not full gospel! It is about what you are now in Christ and  your being seated with Him in heavenly places!

This realization  should be as real to you as cold and hot! You never seek counsel to or seek a prophet to divine cold or hot! You just know it! The truth about the full gospel should be as real as you know the ground will take our weight when you get out of the bed in the morning! The bridges we cross, we never check the cement constitution before you motor across one!

Those who fly in aero planes – feel it is the safest mode of transport. Even safer than a motor cycle or car or even walking on the road! The pilot will put the aero plane on autopilot and not care for a thing! Thorough knowledge leads to being sure of the outcome!

When the Christian a thinks of his position he is able to use it instantly like a mathematics table, how the devil is a defeated foe-  it leads to a victorious Christian life in his thought, attitude, word, action and behavior!

Eph 1:15-23

For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints (the people of God),  I do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers.  [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,  By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know  and  understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),  And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable  and  unlimited  and surpassing greatness of His power in  and  for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,  Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],  Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age  and  in this world, but also in the age  and  the world which are to come.  And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church],   Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].

Why comprehend and understand all these things? If They do not understand it, their Christian life would be a failure. They ought to understand where they are. The have to know the devil’s condition. Prayer is not about howling or blabbering or complaining to God! It is exercising rule and dominion! It is talking the language of a person who knows his rights and privileges!

In Eph 1:23

The church which is his body, The fulness of him who fills all in all!

The church is the fulness of God- love and strength. It is not a church of weakness and Inability! It is an army of people who are the fulness of Him.

1 cor 12 : 6,7

Yet when we are among the full-grown (spiritually mature Christians who are ripe in understanding), we do impart a [higher] wisdom (the knowledge of the divine plan previously hidden); but it is indeed not a wisdom of this present age  or  of this world nor of the leaders  and  rulers of this age, who are being brought to nothing  and  are doomed to pass away.  But rather what we are setting forth is a wisdom of God once hidden [from the human understanding] and now revealed to us by God–[that wisdom] which God devised  and  decreed before the ages for our glorification [to lift us into the glory of His presence]. (1 Corinthians 2:6, 7 AMP)

The Moffat’s translation talks of the rulers of this age who are dethroned, refers to  that rule behind the leaders. The devil is dethroned, he is under our feet. He is under our feet!

Mat 16: 17,18

Then Jesus answered him, Blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are you, Simon Bar-Jonah. For flesh and blood [men] have not revealed this to you, but My Father Who is in heaven.  And I tell you, you are Peter [Greek,  Petros --a large piece of rock], and on this rock [Greek,  petra --a huge rock like Gibraltar] I will build My church, and the gates of Hades (the powers of the infernal region) shall not overpower it [or be strong to its detriment or hold out against it]. (Matthew 16:17, 18 AMP)

Peter spoke these words under the revelation from the father. Christian truth cannot be received in an academic way, it must dawn upon you- things unknown must be made available you. The spirit of God has revealed it to us! Listening to a lecture will not do you any good, but if spirit of God would open your eyes…

It was at this moment that Peter ‘got’ it for the first time, though his having been with Jesus so far had not helped!

Upon this rock… not  Peter! The rock is – knowing who Jesus is, where he is right now, where He puts us. Upon that revelation the church is built! Building a church is not  about gathering relatives together! The church is not built by human methods! Even a persecutor and murderer would believe a revelation one day and then begin to preach the next day! It is God’s truth coming to someone under the work of the Holy spirit.

That type of a church is not a mere organization – the gates of hell will not prevail against it! It is not the devil coming after you- gates do not travel!

It is the Church which is offensive, the church rises up, expands like leaven dough rises and pushes against the gates of hell and destroys the work of Satan! It is a triumphant church! This verse is Proclaiming our victory and the defeat of Satan!

Mat 16:19

I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind (declare to be improper and unlawful) on earth must be what is already bound in heaven; and whatever you loose (declare lawful) on earth must be what is already loosed in heaven. (Matthew 16:19 AMP)

It is about authority! When The devil plays havoc in your life,  you do not find an evangelist and stand in line for prayer!  Know what the devil is, who you are in Christ, fill your heart with this truth and tell him who he is!

This is the basis of prayer! When you build a church on this rock, then the gates of hell will not prevail against us! What we decide will be established on the earth!

Lu 18: 1  And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

What is the use of praying if God is all powerful knowledgeable and has determined everything?

Why pray?

1. God will not do anything until and unless a man asks. God has left himself out of the equation on earth as a result of the honour God gives man.

2. Prayer is men working with God to bring to pass the will of God one earth. It is about God’s plan and purposes; we are God’s vice regents; getting god’s will done through consultation with God, engaging with Him administering with God- not begging

Gen 1:26  And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

God never took it back!

God never repented this: he never rescinded with afterthought too! The reason why he did it was to bestow honour and dominion on man! Even if he makes a mess of it, I have decided to keep the honour on man; I will even set the mess right!

That alone would make you sit up straight!

To grasp this fact about dominion and honour bestowed on man, we need to understand certain truths. The creation of man, the fall of man and redemption of man. God’s original intent in making man was for him to have dominion. The mess that man made was owing to his sin and Satan. That brought rebellion, resulting in being cut off from God. Man fell so far away, we can no longer appreciate us being rulers: In some churches rulership might even be construed as heresy or queer! We are so removed from truth that we do not think about glory and honour! It has landed us in such ruin that it has destroyed our lives! Sin has so dominated and ruling our lives.

He won it only to give it back to us

What is redemption? It is where God comes in,  takes back the position that man lost and (incredibly gives it back to man, restoring honour glory back to man so he can function in his original intent again! God will never be changed no matter whatever mess we make of it! It is about God changing us to suit His original intentions and purposes rather than Him! God never changes! Selah!

Observe your own life, why did you grow up, why did you school, why work? Why raise a family? What is the meaning of all this? How many years you might have spent doing things just for the heck of it- either hanging out with friends, or running around with the crowd, or just chill out at some watering hole: JLT! Spending hours at a street corner from 6 pm to 11 Pm! Not knowing what is the purpose of life! They do not know! If only we can teach them about the purpose of God! That is the only way you can know… there is no other way!

You ask a thing what is its purpose, usually it does not know! The maker knows all about it! So is with man too, His maker knows all about it! You will never find the key to success until you come into a relationship with God and He reveals to you your purpose! Coming to God is not as hard as climbing a mountain- it is just asking God to help you with it!

The day you pray- Lord, Come into my life… from that day, you never say Chumma!

You discover His purpose for today, tomorrow, the next day, the next week, the next month, the next season. The next year, the next decade, the next half century…. you discover a mission for your life, you know where you are going! Success is all about getting to know…

Learn the right language

Merely getting saved does not guarantee your knowing God’s purpose… prayer of some saved people may be all messed up! They cannot pray well because in their mind is still messed up. Others many years into the Christian walk still mess up prayer because they learnt prayer wrongly- from other saints! Do not learn from others who do not know! Because many saints are just saved, their spirits are saved, (they would go to heaven) but their minds are not renewed! They re just doing their best they can…

Lord I am just a worm and dust, I am nothing… I come begging…

Begging prayers come from a saved person who does to know his he position. You may be in that condition, but once you start coming here, you have got to change! If you are for over 3 months in the same condition I’d start worrying about you! The prayer of someone who knows God, his word will be different.

Many feel God has condemned them  to just cry and howl before Him day and night! They feel they have to come and sprawl  before Him and cry out and beg and plead for mercy. No! It is about God causing you to sit in the heavenly places (in the most important place in the universe) along with Jesus Christ and prayer is not begging God anymore! It is me sitting with Jesus at the right hand of God, and working with God about His plan and purposes and doing His work on this earth! It is not about bawling, lay down prostrate, do cartwheels or trapeze like in a circus- Oh Jesus!

You come to Him meditating about who you are and your position with Him! You are a son, joining in Jesus’ great prayer activity. When you pray that way, your whole prayer approach changes! Learn to pray from Jesus; learn to pray from His word! Your prayer words will change the most efficient type! Then you will have 100% answers to prayer.

Understand God’s idea of redemption- God redeemed us; He was so true to His original plans and intention, he did not cancel out anything from His original blue print! When He redeemed us, to restore our rights to rule and have dominion.

Eph 1: 9  Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

God did not plan man’s redemption and salvation after he sinned and fell! God’s infinite wisdom and purpose caused him to plan it even before it, in fact before he made plans to make the heavens and the earth! –He is the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world. So God did not make a mistake! (God should have prevented man from making a mistake)! God’s plan of redemption was so perfect, so good, even before he made man. –that Jesus would become the redeemer.

Which He purposed in Himself…

He had decided on some things before the foundations of the world…

10  That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

In the fullness of time- in the right time, (before anything came into being) that He would restore everything to Himself.

11  In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will:

In the third chapter

Eph 3: 10  To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

The many sided wisdom of God might be announced to the principalities and powers. Are these demonic? In some places they do refer to the demonic powers, but it need not refer to the demonic always! The context refers to the Holy angels of God in heaven. Why? Many belabor to interpret it; God wanting to reveal His manifold wisdom through the church to demons is not of any profit to God! The demons do not like God and His wisdom: they may  be astounded and confounded by it, at best!

What was God doing?

His angels had been with God prior to mankind itself, engaged in creative acts and interventions with affairs of man after man’s creations. They have served as His servants… doing His bidding; leading to numerous accounts of their acts in the OT. They know a lot about us mankind too! They looked on as Adam fell and they remember; they saw Abraham try to sacrifice Isaac, the parting of the red sea, God’s dealings and mighty works were witnessed by them. However, when God does something like sending the Second person of the Trinity, they were told to announce His birth! Michael to announcing to Mary the birth of Jesus, he merely consoled her “not to worry” he did not understand what God was doing. Why announce to shepherds? They witnessed the garden of Gethsemane scene and strengthened Him. They had supported Him in the earthly ministry, not knowing why God was doing this, and they drew their swords and waited for God to order to take them down, to put the roman soldiers to the sword when Jesus was crucified on the cross. What was God doing?

Jesus came alive! They were told to tell them He is risen. What in the world is happening? He is not here anymore! As He was taken up in the clouds- he is going to come back the way he went up, Go do your work- preach the gospel!

Since then, many other incidents they participated in, releasing peter form the prison… but they did not understand the death on the cross.

Eph 3:10  To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

11  According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

They do not understand , but a certain Paul was given  a revelation, through the preaching of the Christian church, the manifold wisdom of God must be made known to the angels of God( not only to the parishioners) there is a balcony crowd- more than those present here! I preach to balcony crowd full of thousands of millions and millions of angels! There is something wonderful- all our questions answered at P 43!

Angels are looking in… Something interests them- an exposition they never heard! Like we people understand! God has purposed to make known to them! It is such a thing to make known to angels! It is therefore not enough to have moral stories… not to lie cheat… there is moral science! Done better at schools!

Christian preaching…

Christian preaching… is not about chewing, spitting and snorting! Anyone smoking would be told by an elder not to do that! … Pentecostal preaching is not that- to is about the glorious redemption, mystery of God’s plan and purpose- God gathering all through Jesus Christ! The cigarette packet would clarify; the arrack shop will tell you about it. If you continue it is foolishness, why do it to get all hose sicknesses? I am not waste my time preaching on that; I want to preach what God has done for you-

About long hair and snuff and … is not worth your effort! It is insignificant! Christian Preaching is different, that the angels are interested, to discover that they td onto know what God wanted to do in the actions of man!

That the angels are interested in discovering what they have not comprehended despite working with God for thousands of years that they now have to flock to hear Christian preaching to understand the mystery of God’s plan through mankind.

Boldness and Access

It is because of what Jesus has done, his shed blood, because of what He has done! Because if what He has done, we have boldness and access.

“Boldness and access” if you appreciate redemption and the sacrifice on the cross, they you will have boldness. With confidence.

That is why, to pray we have to stop begging. Begging is not prayer. Before you beg, think for a moment: through Jesus Christ, you have boldness to come, knowing you have access. Come knowing that you are allowed; you are welcome there!

Prayer is not me trying to get into God’s presence, and trying to twist His arm! It is not trying to knock on heaven’s door wanting to get a foot in somehow! Someone complained, “I am trying to call up God; seems all the lines are busy! No! God is never busy.

God has never been in a hurry all though history. God made the heaven and the earth and gave the earth to man. Man lost the authority on earth through rebellion, so God took the initiative to save the earth and sent God’s son as a man. It is not enough for him to come as a man;

For God to become Man…

1. He had to be sin-less. He cannot man in sin of he had sin himself! He had to come without sin.

2. He had to be the express image of God. Colossians is full of expressions how Jesus is the express image of God. Exactly like God, just as Adam was. So Jesus said, “If you’ve seen me you have seen the Father”- his exact image!

3. Jesus had to have a deep relationship of love with God.

John 3:35 The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. 

When Jesus was on the earth, he was another Adam. Just like Adam! Now Jesus the second Adam has come and now everything has been placed in His hands because the Loved Him.

Jn 5: 20  For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.

Whatever the Father wants done He shows the Son and the son carries it out! He even lays down His life for the Father knowing He would be allowed to take it up again. He and the Father are One, in purpose, in accomplishment, in activity, in thinking ad doing…

Jn 10:17  Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

30  I and my Father are one.

One in intent, activity, thinking and doing, Jesus and the Father were one! Jesus having become man, has become another Man! Another Adam is now walking on the earth! Imagine what effect it had on the devil. He was probably running helter-skelter since; here was a Man who spoke a completely different language! Whereas all other men were sin-stained and under his thumb, here was another, walking a different walk, the express image of God, sinless therefore cannot come under the power of Satan! He has a wonderful relationship with God to top it all! He has a personal knowledge of God, and here he is, lived to do the Father’s will! Praying Thy kingdom Come, they will be done!

My meat is to do the Father’s will and to complete it!

Even in Gethsemane, at the most difficult time of His life, he prayed, let this cup be removed from me, nevertheless, not my will but yours be done!

He was so consumed with the will of His father that when someone announced the arrival of his kith and kin, He said,

Mr 3:35  For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

And God wants to use you in prayer

The will of the Father, was what consumed Him so much that even his earthly parents, brothers and sisters were secondary! When He was on the earth, He was a   special man, in a special  relationship with God, administering God’s will on earth. As a result, the blind saw, the lame walked and even the dead were raised: here was a man who came to do the will of the Father! He had not come to lay burdens on the people: He did not come to even be ruled and dominated by the circumstances of life, but ruled and reigned, just as God had told Adam to do! Jesus was the only person doing it: the only person qualified to do it: owing to His sinlessness!

Because if His special status, his prayers were so important- and He prayed all night, early morning, and late at night- about His father’s business!

All others had lost touch with God, despite prayers going on in synagogues and other places, temples and homes! The prayers of Jesus were the prayers of a man closely connected with God! In the absence of anyone else to pray, he had much to do, therefore had much to pray about! In prayer he was administering, ruling and reigning, the only One qualified to intervene on earth. Everyone else was lost on earth in Jesus’ time! He was the only one who could talk to God and bring God’s intervention on earth!

When He died on the cross, he died in our stead, took man’s sin as a sacrifice. After he died, bearing our sin, he had to descend all the way to Hell too! He had to take back that authority from the one who had taken it away from Man! Now having paid the price Jesus had become the legal owner, He went and took back the earth from the serpent and came out…

Jesus did not lay claims to all of this  for himself, after acquiring rulership. He did not say, I overcame so I am going to keep it , at least not give it to man who messed it up the last time, I will take it to the right hand of the father and I will keep it with me, and administer it all myself!

As a man he had obtained the power and authority, legally had taken it back, and legally transfers it back to man!

To those who believed on Him He gave them authority to become the sons and daughters of God!

The devil is in bigger trouble now! Instead of one son, there are many sons now! He is going to perfect you, he is going to transform you, show you to the way, give you the holy spirit and make you what He wants you to be!

Jesus transfers that authority through the new birth! When you accept Jesus and are born again, all the authority that Adam lost is given back to us!

And God wants to use us, through our prayer to rule and administer and reign on earth! Are you ready for that?

Legalistic or liberal?

It is not about fasting and prayer, or not even prayer and star bucks! Sadly your rights and privileges were never the subject of Christian preaching except being focussed on externals! Preachers wee either liberal coming out of seminaries like cemeteries to peak of the bible as a though it was mythology or to legalism on the other end, focussing on men’s traditions, though they shout hallelujah and do some things!

This is what we have, the preaching and songs are setting are different, but what we preach is the word of God!

So many get cold feet to believe God’s word, and do not take Him at His word: who are we to command God? (We ought to be careful with these things! We can only beg Him! ) but it is about really believing His word, so much that we are willing to do what He says! Coming to Him in the knowledge of what He says, reading, meditating and believing and speaking His word, standing on the word and expecting it to come to pass! That is what God expects!

Can we command God?

It is not about ordering God around! The heavenly Father is pleased when you believe his word and insist on it- when you ask according to His word and according to His will, just like your heart will be thrilled when your son or daughter comes to you and stakes a claim on your promise to the Where are we right now

Where are we right now? That realization will let you escape the begging mode! Stop! You are seated with Jesus at the right hand of the Father. Who is at the right hand? Jesus is seated there, and you are seated right there with him! So you pray just like Jesus! Don’t hide behind the crutch that Abraham prayed that he was just dust and ashes! Do not kill yourself with the bible! If you do not understand it, it will destroy your future! Look at Jesus; he is the Son you must be like!

Just like Jesus always prayed, “Father I thank you for you have always heard me!” Have boldness! To talk to Him!

Redemption has given me rule and dominion back, Jesus got it back for me! I am to rule, I am to have dominion on this earth through prayer! Prayer is the means of exercising my rule and dominion. Every time I pray, I am exercising rule and dominion. With confidence with boldness I have access into God’s throne room. I am welcome there! I have a standing invitation, the doors are open; I am God’s child! I have rights and privileges! I am seated with Christ at the right hand of God and I talk to Him as my Father!

Lu 18: 1  And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

If God is omniscient, He knows everything why pray?

If God is omnipotent, he can do whatever He wants, I do not need to tell Him what to do!

Good is in control of everything, what is the need of me praying?

God has determined everything; He will go only according to His pre determined force, according to His thoughts, plans and will and is going to do what He wants anyway! If He does not change,

Why pray?

1. Without amanasking God does not do anything on this earth:

God has set this law in operation on earth!

God has delegated this whole earth in the hands of  man.

Why does not God do anything to undo what man may do (foolishly)?

In raising a child, there is a fear that the child may hurt himself if freedom is given to it. We may fear that the child would get spoilt in this bad world. What is the child going to do when he goes out, or when you give him money, or when you trust her! Or send them out of town! There is a big risk involved in raising children!

However tying up a child in a room in order to save it would produce the opposite effect! You would have a son for sure, but you would not have someone who can function! In order to let the son grow you have to let him go! There is great risk involved in it: we allow them and pray for them, cover them with prayer: and look forward for it to turn out well and it does! If you lock them up: they will never trust you! There will never be an exchange of love, or fellowship, or intimacy! If the world was not given into man’s hands, man would not have received such an honour the psalmist talks about:

 “What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?” (Ps 8:4 AV)

God trusted man by giving him the earth and believing that man would carry out His purposes on earth. God bestowed on him so much and you cannot ask Him why; he is an all-wise God! Even after the fall, God never intended to take it back! And He came in flesh, won it back from the devil- and gave it right back to us.

From now on, if anything has to be done on earth it will happen because a man asks for it!

This is the privilege of man- God will never take it away- that would change the very nature of man! HE has bestowed on man!

2. Prayer is working with God to fulfill His purposes.

We must pray because we are in partnership with God over rulership over this earth!

Consider the seeming contradictions: If God knows everything, has predetermined, is unchanging… why pray? Since we are in partnership with Him, God deems that whatever happens on earth would be as an outcome of that partnership with you! That partnership is exercised in prayer!

It is not about working for God but working with God! You are a partner. This may sound unbelievable since this is not man talking but it is God talking!

Prayer may be explain as a series of logical statements:

(a)                       God made man for himself because God wants to fellowship with man! Gen 1: 26

26  And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Look at the words repeated above: that man is made in the image of God- like God. Before he made man, God had function in his mind about man- in designing man; the vital statistics were frozen by Him beginning with the purpose He had for Him!  He made man in His image and likeness for the primary purpose for man is for him to be in fellowship with God!

Man is a spirit just as God is a spirit! God does not have a body but man has a body!  I am a spirit living inside a body and though the window called the eye, I look at others!

Man also has a mind; able to think, determine, have a will and able to execute. He is able to think intelligently since God is able to to do it too! God is able to determine and do what he has determined! They could have fellowship and relationship only if there was parity! God would think and communicate to man and man would understand! God made man like himself- for communication on a level beyond! Man can decide and do what he wants.

(b)                     God created man to carry out His purposes on the earth. God’s purposes are going to be carried out by them having dominion. By man being able to exercise dominion on earth. Man has been given that ability. The mandate to exercise authority has been coupled with the endowment of ability. Man was going to exercise dominion- and one of the ways was thorough prayer.

Ps 8: 6  Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

They were placed beneath him in pecking order. Are you plagued with feelings of inadequacy, failure, can’t-do or weak mindset?  It is wrong to think that you are a worm or dust or ant! Every little and big thing is under your feet: God has made you ruler over all creation! You have to get that mindset!

Ps 115: 16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.

Are you contented and looking for 3 cents of land? No! The whole earth has been given to you! God ahs decide to take care of the heavens; but the earth he has given over to you! God not only made man like himself, in the spirit and mind faculty- He gave him a body.

We grew up being taught to hate our bodies- dust to dust… the body of sin… we did not care what we ate , how much we ate… and the body responded in like fashion!

However God gave you this body! Therefore we have to treat it right! Cannot become so heavenly minded that you are of no earthly good! Wanting to go to heaven! God gave you a body so you can stay on earth as long as possible and fulfil God’s purposes on this earth! You are not made for heaven but for earth! God gave you something He does not have- he is a spirit. Though you are spirit, you have a body to live on earth, instead of merely floating around! A body with the express purpose to rule over the earthly realm.  A material realm for  a material body. When you die you can go to heaven; you no longer need a body for heaven! In the meantime do not be in a hurry to escape! Be a godly minded person willing to do God’s purposes on God’s earth!

From Genesis to revelation there is not one indication that God wanted to rule this earth directly: He gave it to man in the beginning; man messed it up, God regained it and gave it back to man! Man to keep it and exercised dominion over it!

God made the Garden of Eden as the prototype of how He wanted things to be on earth: he wanted man to think like God and replicate it over all the earth! Expand and treat the whole earth like God would: love the earth like God. Environmental concerns are a new area of study: tracing how we could take care of this beautiful earth! If Adam would have loved the earth with the heart and mind of God, how much better this earth would have been! Maybe a 1000 times better than it is today. Man’s rulership ought to infect the earth in such a way that the whole earth would be filled with the knowledge of God! As the waters cover the sea. Man should reflect God’s character and the whole earth would be filled with the knowledge of God!

(c)        That you would not be servants of God but be sons of God!

God is a father- He had  a Son, who delighted in the Father and the father in the Son. God so decided to have more sons like Him; so He created Adam and mankind. The earth is a family business, run by sons and daughters. Not working for but with Him.

(d)       Work with God to exercise dominion on earth!

Therefore prayer was not invent after the fall!  Since man lost fellowship with God, some feel that he had to come begging and yearning for God in prayer. That is not true since prayer’s two elements are

(i) Loving fellowship and

(ii) Participate in the business of carrying our God’s purposes.

Prayer is not merely about establishing connection with God. Prayer was essentially Edenic business- where God shared His intents and desires and man went about doing them! It is a time of alignment where God’s desires motives and dreams become internalised as your own.

Prayer is not  about changing God! God says- I am God and I change not!

Real Prayer if learnt, will change you! You will hear Him and learn his thoughts- your desires, motives, opinions will feelings, and love, plans and goals will become yours! When you pray you become a changed person! We ought to pray since it changes and transforms us from eng self seeking to caring about what God wants! As Adam spent time with God, God shared his thought d mind with him; the more Adam loved God the more he wanted to spend time with Him!

God called Adam over to the garden to spend time with Him!

Gen 2: 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17  But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

God started sharing with man His thoughts, his plans purposes etc Gen 3:8

8  And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

It was God, the One who always walked in the cool of the day in order to fellowship with Adam! He wanted to be there! He is there to restore normalcy and order in our lives. Oftentimes we wonder what could be the source of the disorder and confusion in our lives and we fancy it must be God (because He is there!).However Chaos came your way because you were the policeman on the beat yet have not exercised your dominion and authority and done what you should have.

Like traffic lights operated by the traffic policeman, you have to turn on the red light and say stop! You have to turn on the amber and say get ready to go! And the green light and command the charge to move forward.

God always chose a man through history in spite of his fallen-ness, his inferiority, failure and tendency to mess things up. While they were still in their sins.

Abraham prays to God about Sodom; God also wanted to tell Abraham before doing something to Sodom.

e. The purpose and the will of God give us confidence and boldness in our prayers.

If you know exactly what God wants to be done on earth, that gives you confidence in prayer! The will of God is the centre and heart of prayer. A lot do not understand it well and mistake length of time spent is the game changer.       It is good to spend a lot of time, (Jesus did). Yet it is praying what you ought to is the strength of prayer. The will of God is the focus of prayer! “My prayer- I spend four hours a day” a lot of people want to get her knees calloused- “show me your knees and I will tell you whether you are a praying man!” Football knees or praying knees? I fast many times a week!

It is knowing the will of God that is most important; fasting, prayer and long periods of time in prayer thereafter is meaningful. Premium on Your efforts is meaningless.

Some com to a meeting like this so someone could pray for them and they could get free form their labours and loads. They are busy bearing such burdensome responsibilities, ride themselves in being self made. But sweat and toil is a sign of the curse! But spending time with God and knowing God’s business and devoting oneself to it will bring success without the toil.

Are you in God’s business? If not why not? Find God’s business for you and life will become easy, exciting. Instead of trying so hard and being so busy, stop for a minute and pray! The time spent in prayer is so valuable since it demands you come in alignment with God’s purposes and plans. Away from ‘busy’ness and frenetic activity prayer plugs you into God’s way of doing things! Work becomes enjoyable, pleasure, adventure, journey, day by day engaging become you are paying attention to God’s plan for your life.

Joshua was told that this book of the law shall not depart from his mouth. This ‘success manual’! Prosperity and success is my will and desire for you. Anything prayed in prayer must be on the grounds of God’s will!

Deut 1:10  The LORD your God hath multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.

11  (The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he hath promised you!)

They were already expanded like the stars; god wanted them to make them a 1000 times more. You may want double, but He wants you to rise from your smallness and inability and become a different kind of person so you can fulfil God’s purpose on earth. So you cannot be satisfied with double because it would be enough!  God wants you to expand a 1000 times so you can be a blessing to the whole earth. It is not about me! It is not about our five rupees and ten rupees or hundred rupees and doing the work of God! Even if you wrote out all that you have and out it all together, it would still not be enough for doing the will of god! That is why God wants to make you a 1000 times more! Then you will have enough!

But God was happy with the widow’s two mites? Yes God wants you to give out of your shortages so He can get His abundance into your life, so you may not die in your poverty. You may break the cycle of need and want.

But real giving is when you are bringing in so much there is no room to keep it. The people of Israel brought in gold and silver for the tabernacle in abundance, so much that that Moses had to tell them to stop!

Ex 36: 4b came every man from his work which they made;

5  And they spake unto Moses, saying, The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work, which the LORD commanded to make.

6  And Moses gave commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing.

7  For the stuff they had was sufficient for all the work to make it, and too much.

Today’s churches take the offertory money to the bank and they check whether it is counterfeit!

Why is it not happening in our churches today like in the OT? Because no one is preaching prosperity! When 50 lakhs of people came out of Egypt God made them rich with arrears, gratuity… these people who were slaves suddenly found themselves rich! They would call their children and let them wear a necklace or bangles or rings… what was God doing? He was letting them reprogram their minds- they were children of the most High God!

God told them to bring in gold and silver… why? Because He gave them gold and silver!  Thinking God’s thoughts is not being reconciled to double or triple! It is about a thousand times! And when you reach a thousand times, it is starting from there and going another 1000 times!

It is not our needs- it s what God wants! He wants increase for you!

Ex 36 37  Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.

God wants the people of Israel to ask me to do this for them: what? To be increased like a flock! God wants to be asked; and He will not do it for them until they ask!

Where is it what God promised? Come on, God increase me like a flock!

But you may feel, that is wrong, how can we ask God to do it? God must just do it, why should I ask?

No! God is interested in you being the person He made you out to be: He wants you to partner with Him; that is more important to Him!  Until you set your mind, you set your vision, until you make it your purpose and goal God will not do it! God has already decided: to multiply you, but it is not going to happen until I ask!

Blessing is waiting! So many people’s blessings are waiting! And super spiritual Christians say: I do not want nothing form you Lord!  I just want to retire have my pension and die and go to heaven! God says: it’s all about you! But I am all about the whole earth and mankind! Think my thoughts!

Take hold of His truth, meditate on it, ask Him and then he would do it for you! Instead people cry out; lord why you don’t listen to me Lord, I m crying out, I m fasting and praying…

God waits till you wash your mouth of uncleanness, and from your mouth you say, Lord you have said this and I want this! When you talk the right words, it produces the right results!

 1 kings 8: 24 Who hast kept with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him: thou spakest also with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thine hand, as it is this day.

25  Therefore now, LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they walk before me as thou hast walked before me.

26  And now, O God of Israel, let thy word, I pray thee, be verified, which thou spakest unto thy servant David my father.

Solomon was in essence saying, what you told my daddy, please do it! Because god ahs exalted His word over and above everything else even His name.

John 17: 4  I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

5  And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

 Jesus said to His father. I have completed all you told me, now glorify me!

Jn 4: 34  Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

My meat is doing the will of the father! He wanted to delighted in to do what His father wanted! The food that satisfies Me. Jesus said at another place, Lord I know that you hear me every time I pray…

Many Christians pray, Lord how many times have I prayed you do not hear!        Every time you pray God hears!

I jn 5: 14  And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

This is the confidence we have, not in our works but asking according to this will! It is whether you knew Is will and you prayed according to it! Prayer is a wonderful time of ruling and reigning with God!

God’s will is eternal; God’s purposes are eternal, they are revealed in His word! God will always do what he has said He would do! My prayer is God must do what He said he would do! I will fill my heart and my mind with what He has said with His will, His purposes with His thoughts with his feelings, his intentions, be filled with Him 

Lu 18: 1  And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

We will consider various truths about prayer. Firstly why pray?

If God is omniscient, He knows everything why pray?

If God is omnipotent, he can do whatever He wants, I do not need to tell Him what to do!

Good is in control of everything, what is the need of me praying?

God has determined everything, He will go only according to His pre determined force, according to His thoughts, plans and will and is going to do what He wants anyway!

In light of the above why pray?

Unless and until a man asks God will not do anything on earth. It is about how the earth is designed to function! Does God, heaven and earth wait  for a mere man like me prays? God is all knowledgeable, but why does he wait?

In answering this mystery, we will begin from Gen 1: 26

26  And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

A statement about how man is to be made, and for what  he is to be made. Let them have dominion- over everything! God’s good counsel determined it this way- that men would rule and that the earth realm would belong to them. The import of this delegation is better understood if we consider that God never can or will change His mind after such a pronouncement! Man is in charge, he can forbid  or allow it to happen. He has decided it to such an extent that He even excluded Himself out of it! Unless man asks for it , God has decide not to do!

“What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?” (Ps 8:4 AV)

From now on, Whatever man wants will happen on the earth!

What happened in the Garden of Eden?

Gen 2:16  And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, You may freely eat of every tree of the garden; 17  But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and blessing and calamity you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.

Prior to the fall, as long as man lived in obedience to God, man enjoyed the position of the top being on earth; ruling and had dominion on earth. The moment he disobeyed God, he allowed the devil to become his master. His action made the statement, Satan is my lord. No only did they come under the power of Satan, everything that they owned  also came under Satan’s authority.

Look at some additional information available in the temptation of Jesus in Lu 4

 5  Then the devil took Him up to a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the habitable world in a moment of time [in the twinkling of an eye].6  And he said to Him, To You I will give all this power and authority and their glory (all their magnificence, excellence, preeminence, dignity, and grace), for it has been turned over to me, and I give it to whomever I will.

By and through Jesus were all things in heaven and earth created! Who is the devil to make claim that he possessed everything in the earth? That this has been delivered to him. When? That h could give it to whomever he wished. Jesus never contested it!

Though God is the creator who made everything and owns it all, since He had given it to man, he does not claim ownership of it anymore!

That is why to take back the earth from the then god of this world- Satan, he had to come in the form of a man, nobody else had rights to contest ownership! That was the reason for incarnation, take on flesh. As  a man and as man’s representative, Jesus is called the second Adam or the last Adam. Adam lost it Jesus regained it and gave it back to man to whom it rightfully belongs!

Why should God take the form of a man? Isn’t there a man on earth who could do it? Why not a prophet, or sage, or mahatma?

Romans 3:23 (AMP)

Since all have sinned and are falling short of the honor and glory which God bestows and receives.

All men are sinners, so no one qualifies to contest rights to the earth ( by being sinners, they have already obeyed the devil)

1 John 5: 19  We know [positively] that we are of God, and the whole world [around us] is under the power of the evil one.

The fall placed the entire human race under the power of the devil and the devil places them under the quicksand of sinful nature; if you try to help one another, you will only sink faster; you are all in it!

The only One who could help is one who is not caught in the miry clay of sin, and throw a lifeline to save them!

Jesus came as man’s answer, born of a virgin. Why does he need to be born of a virgin?

Rom 5:12  Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Was it the woman who sinned first? The bible gives us men a bad deal right there? Man is the one who passes on the sin nature from generation to generation. Everyone born to  a man is a sinner under the power of Satan, already sinking in quicksand. No one among the sons of men could be used for this purpose.

Therefore God became man and came down born of a virgin. Of a virgin because everyone born of man is sinful, he had to bypass man, and become the seed of a woman. Untainted by sin and therefore not under the power of the devil! If he was not born of a virgin, he was a sinner, if he was a sinner he cannot be a savior. That is why the virgin birth is so central to the Christian faith- if you cancel the virgin birth out, you can cancel the savior, then there can be no salvation.

Jesus stands outside the realm of Satan, free from the power of sin, able to bring man out from the clutches of Satan. Which is why when he walked the streets of Galilee, he performed miracles, made the evil spirits to flee, healed the sick! The demons had not seen a man like Him before: He was a different kind of a person whom they could not handle!

When they crucified Him, they thought they had Him defeated; but he had finished paying the redemption price for man as a representative of man, died there cursed for us, bearing our punishment.  After He died he descended all the way down to hell and there he defeated Satan as a man.

God did not have to defeat Satan: God is greater than the devil anyway! He did it as a man, as man’s representative! Took the keys of death and hell and walked out as a victor-  as a man!

1 Tim 2:5   For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Many years after Jesus had ascended to the father, Paul wrote, there is a man seated there!   He is still a man. Christian teaching says that Jesus will never given up his humanity: forever he would remain a man. The greatest honor God can ever give to man, the second person of  trinity comes in the form of humanity and retains it forever and ever! If one man could do it, then all men can defeat Satan and rise up!

What is this man doing now?  The man Christ Jesus, is at the right hand of the father and He intercedes! We talk such a  great deal about the 33 ½ years of Jesus’ ministry on earth: what is He doing now? Was it all over for Him after the cross?

The Present Day Ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Rom 8: 34  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Heb :4: 14-16 talks of the great high priest.

Heb 10: 10-22 Jesus is in a  prayer ministry now: as a man! It is n this context that we can understand John Wesley’s statement more fully: unless man asks God won’t!

Before man ever came along, God in his wisdom had declared that he would have dominion and rule!

Mat 18:18

18  Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

What a statement? A man ? Why such power and honour to man?

This statement needs understanding because people usually lapse into ‘begging mode’ in order to pray.

Or they realise they are in front of God, and the only way they will get anything is by howling and screaming! Dealing with God is a difficult time!

God wants man to join Him in ruling and reigning. Praying is not about begging and pleading about what we want!

God originally made man so that only what man wanted would happen on earth! The greatest example is the fall itself!

 Why did not God prevent the Fall? God could have stopped it and taken the earth realm away from man!

Were you there when God hung the skies in space? When he said to the seas, thus far and no further? Instead of questioning God it is better to be in awe  of God! This precious person: man that God has made! Before you come to God and start begging, your mind has to be filled with the respect and honour God has bestowed on you! How does God think about you ?

God looks to you as a man made in His likeness and image; as His son as His daughter, He wants you to use your authority on this earth: He wants you to be the man on this earth (that you were made to be)

The begging can stop right there!

Rise to the occasion; stand in your place and (even if it means listening to some of these things again) then pray!

Your approach to prayer will go beyond tears accounting! God will answer according to His specification! No armchair philosophy works with God. No Murphy law; no rocking chair theory!

If God could do whatever he wanted to do on earth, the the Christian has it made! Without ever asking, everything must be so good and so perfect in every Christian’s life? Why is it not going right?

If you do not decide and you do not ask, nothing is going to happen n your life, your family or church or world- unless you ask for it!

A big storm or hurricane or tsunami blows, you say, I think God sent that storm!  if you think that the earth is going to take care of itself because HE knows about it, you have not understood the import of John Wesley’s statement: If you don’t, God wont!

Redemption is God’s answer for man the loser messing up creation’s design at Eden! It is about gaining the earth realm and giving it back to man!

There is no use begging God! Prayer is about such privilege! It is about God’s purposes and plans and we are God’s vice regents! This is what is amazing about this God! Most gods abuse you; demand you to come here or there! He says Come as you are!

Understand His purpose and plan for you and live for it! understanding of God’s love lifts me to a new level of respectability. God respects us so much and lets us determine what we want.

To a blind man He said, what would me have to do for you!

Are you blind Jesus? Cant you see the man is blind? However The man needn’t  have wanted his blindness healed, maybe he had a head ache! what do you want? What you want will happen!

Mk 11 24  Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Without you desiring it, nothing is going to happen. Saved, baptized spirit failed people do not go anywhere since they have not realized what can happen, how God’s will can come to pass  in their life through prayer!

Mt 16: 19  And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Amazing that God creates the whole earth and delights to put this whole earth under the responsibility of a man!

Even in the OT,

 Is 45:11  Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

Even in the OT men had such clout with God, they could go to him and literally command Him! You would make a mistake, if you said, I am just a worm in the dust, how can I command God? Armchair philosophers would say: God can do anything, he even used a donkey!

God used that donkey because the prophet was sitting on that donkey, the prophet who was to prophecy wrongly about Israel! Balaam was invited by Balak to curse the people of God who he was afraid would overrun his country! The prophet agreed to do it for evil gain; opened to curse God’s people and only blessings flow out!  

So many are led stray owing to bible verses! They would find a verse to embrace poverty! That bible verse killed their future, abilities and potential! It made them nothing because they didn’t understand the verse under the power of the Holy spirit!

2 Cor3:6   Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

If you take the word out of context like the devil applied it to Jesus…

Jesus called the bluff! He discerned that the devil’s aim was to kill Him! I know what the verse means. The devil was tying to kill Jesus with Ps 91 which was actually a life giving  psalm! Jesus could interpret that verse with the help of the Holy spirit- with enlightenment!  Some unsuspecting believer would have said, I jumped acc to ps 91…  and would have been dead or with broken bones!

Ps 91 is not talking about jumping off buildings! Not understanding God’s word with spirit’s help causes people to embrace disaster and reckon it is God!

Some quote,  give thanks to god for everything… you better not give thanks to God for what the devil does…

What does the verse  Give thanks in everything mean? It means give thanks for  every perfect gift comes form the father above… don’t thank God for everything the devil does!

The bible if applied the wrong way can destroy you! So may live lives of utter failure because of what the church has taught them! powerless, and like dirt- they become what they hear!

How to command God?

Realise that God never does things against His will! Though people use prayer and fasting as an arm twisting exercise! Somehow God…

God’s arm never can get twisted: His arm is long and extended! Cooperate with God and you will find prayer very easy!

God’s will has already decided: God has no confusion about it- he has made known His will: he wants us  to know and do His will on earth! You can understand His will only in that context! It is all about a relationship with God; God created man to rule and throve in a relationship with God![1]

We must work as a result of a relationship with god! That is the way it was ordained by God! Yet a nagging doubt remains in some- why does he want us to ask? Why cannot he just do it Himself? Why waste time with me!

You tell a crying child as you leave for work that you would get her ice-cream if she behaved at school! As soon as you return- you expect the child to clamor for it- and the father loves it- he loves the whole exercise to getting her the icecream!

The father loves the son to ask- the whole interaction, one wanting to do more for the to her- and the child is apprehensive- will my father get me the icecream?   The father would get any amount of ice cream- how much more the heavenly father!

Prayer is like that- God wants to see if we believe Him and His promises! Have you looked into it, and have you asked based on his promises- God is so delighted since you are bringing his promises.

Put me in remembrance… tell me what I told you! Has he forgotten? No! Does he need Siri, the virtual assistant? No! it shows that you read it, you desire it, and you believe Him! You have something going between with God! This is the plan and purpose God has…

Then prayer becomes a very easy exercise! If oyu think prayer  is a  hard exercise, that you do not know God , and what he is about; whether you would get it or not…

You ask

Sometimes He gives,

Sometimes he odes not give…

Whether He gives it or not, you be cheerful!

Paints a picture that man is better than God! Man is steady and God is cantankerous! You cannot believe.. never mind, you be more mature than God, you give thanks anyway! Be glad any way; keep your smiles up anyway… what nonsense!

Believe God wants you to have joy, peace, that is his will for you- success, prosperity… that is his will. Yu do not need to ask God for all these things because you like to have it! Every beggar would like to have it too! We are children of God, we know who we are, we know what he wants for us- therefore we so not ask what we want! We ask these things because it is his will- He wants it for us!

I like success because God wants it for me! God does not like me to be  failure, or beneath or tail or victim. Because He wants it, I come against everything that comes against my success, exaltation, prosperity, victory! I am convinced that I am filled with the passion of what God wants for me! He delights to see me succeed! To come up just like I would delight to see my children come up!

So my prayer is not me wanting something! It is not like going to a grocery store and handing over a list!

Prayer is not about your needs or your desire- it is about what God desires for you- higher than your ambition for yourself!

Many face prayer with trepidation… pledging to go wherever god sends-

To the slum,

To Africa… you can thrive in Africa because God will prosper you there!

Prayer is understanding what God wants for you, be convinced about, go at it with all you have got because God is with you, like a bull dozer, ready to pulverize everything in your path!

No weapon formed against you shall prosper- it is not about an individual person! It is about a person going out to fulfill God’s purpose, and God guarantees that nothing will thwart God’s purpose, no weapon can withstand his purpose, align with god’s purpose!

Prayer is not a grocery list! It is a big job! Whatever I ask for, salvation, peace prosperity and success, and riches– all because it is His will!  I will not embrace anything else! Because I want to see His will come to pass!

If you embrace poverty, that is what you will have! If you let it go, it will go! You can say… I am going to do the will of God, stand with God and pray it…

You can have the desires of God… the desires God places inside you comes from Elshaddai God! Your mind and heart expands- and think in larger and larger terms, because of relationship!

Your forefather did not live in a house called success in a town called prosperity. You know it because God teaches you, you read his success book everyday!

There is no use of Christians praying and praying all day long on their knees, with tears- and achieve nothing!

Ask and receive , that the Father may be glorified- in you receiving what you ask! When you get it it is because it is His reputation at stake…  

no use because of armchair philosophy- one day we will know…

It s better to know you can ask according to His purposes! Do you know what he wants you to do- are you praying according to these lines- are you bearing fruit in prayer? (that is a lot of work- read the bible, go to church, take notes…) much easier to say God can use a donkey… Lord Jesus make me a donkey to carry you you into Jerusalem!

God says No! I have made you a man in my image! No  hard work involved!

Love God, worship enter his presence and there you will have what you ask- let his word fill your heart!

Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me

Matthew 26:28
28 for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.

We have seen we are gods.

As found in ps 82:6 we are not the almighty God; however, we are children of God, we are just like Him and in producing after His kind, God produces little gods.

However it is lack of this understanding causes His children to live like mere men, far below their level.
Paul admonished the Corinthians that they were living like mere men, carnal instead of living like God;  there was fighting and strife amidst them whereas God is not jealous or petty minded. Understanding who you are causes you to live like Him.

We are a people of the covenant, the new covenant. Last week we saw when the covenant was inaugurated: it was when Jesus blood was shed. With the new covenant  came the new testament, a contract or better still, a will. God has willed to give us much, just like earthly parents will to give their children all they possess over their death.

Still, the will has no effect till the testator dies. The new testament came into effect  once the testator, Jesus died.
The NT technically started after Jesus’ death. Therefore much of the happenings in the gospels are still old covenant stuff. Even Jesus’ ministry till His death was old covenant.
The New Testament letters (epistles) expound what God has given to us through Jesus. This is of prime importance to believers. If your earthly father made a will, you will not spare to spend some money to get a copy out of it: what you will get out of it is valued much more than what you will spend in procuring it. Visit a book store and hunt for a copy of God’s will for yourself.

before the testator dies he usually talks about whom they want to give what. Similarly Jesus, before his death discussed his will,  Long before it came into effect- what he would like to see happen those those who believed in Him. And God has put preachers to explain what the will bestows upon you. For faith will come when you hear it. Faith will get us into a place of self sufficiency and over abundance. Faith propels us forward, it takes this covenant and goes to work to possess all it covers.
When you live in this faith, you live as a person who grasps at what Is rightfully His. That knowledge is the driving force that propels you to a super abundant life! It is only faith that can help put that knowledge to work by speaking it!

The world is an enslaving system that never gets into a surplus- it is a spinning wheel system, that is Designede to keep you where you’re; it is often 900 Easy Installments- never mentioned without the suffix “easy” -to fool you! Installments are hard- they steal you of what you can enjoy in the present! You work hard all month; no sooner than you receive your pay check, the collector waits outside your gate to “collect ” it. you owe to so many people! Many people have to work round the year- keep on working only to keep the bills paid! -On the kids, on their houses. They could not do anything more than for themselves. 30 year house payments, 7 year bike payments, 15 year car payments… Tied up for a lifetime!

Within a year buying a car , it looks old, and they show you another car! You need to get rid of the one you have. You get a New one but haven’t finished paying for the one you have already.
The world system is designed to keep the poor poor, the rich keep getting richer and keep the middle class out of the dream of having more than enough! But the covenant system lifts you up to God’s level and makes you equal to Him.
In our experience we are experts at hte world system: we just keep up with Joneses.
Three passages that Jesus discussed before the covenant came into effect.
Matthew 5:13
Disciples and the World

13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.

Talking prophetically, Jesus was talking of them becoming the salt after his job was done. Salt does two things- adds taste. The world is suppose to become tasteful, and better because of our presence. We are not salt of the church or heaven! What is your hurry to go to heaven? God wants you to bring the sweetness and glory of god into the world, that will make it a lovable place. Do not lose that saviour and essence. That makes  tasteful, the eternal life you have. If you lost this savor, you are good for nothing!
There are good-for- nothing Christians. Many do not make their fierce they are supposed to make. A lot of people are not amenable to becoming Christians since htey have see an aunt or a neighbor who is a Christian and are afraid to turn out like them! Some Chritians in certain shape and form are repulsive to a person who wants to become a follower of Christ. We have given a wrong picture, acted like oddballs, like a peculiar type.
When you enter into people’s lives, you ought to make such a difference so they will want to be like you and want you in their lives. Have a life of such flavour and essence and meaning to people’s lives.
Christians are supposed to have a saving effect in the world, in people’s lives. They would be preservers of every good thing and virtue.

Matthew 5:14

14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;

In other words, God has intended youTo  be an Exhibit before the world, God wants you to Behave in a certain way, and tell hte this world, how he want to make Everyman blessed. Abraham was blessed like that, God considered him his friend, God empowered and prospered him. Abraham never wanted to prosper; God wanted to prosper him. God made him a  showpiece for the world  to see!

Some of us are in a bad shape, the worse the shape we are in, God can make all things new and proudly put us before the world: God mends your life and Mess you makes you beautiful and wonderful so that people who knew you before will see you In a new way and give God the glory, for it was his doing. God sees you as a Society upon a hill

Matthew 5:15-16
15 nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Covenant people are to be a showpiece. It is. Lack of understanding is what causes people to complicate everything , even soul sinning.  All that is required is to be these you can be. You do into need a special strategy to win a particular community: or even a soul winning strategy: how to start, how to proceed, how to nail the quarry with baptism! Be the person what God wants you to be. Just be a Show piece, that those around will want to have you around.
The most  simple things can become your advertisement! Even you carting your stuff around can publicize the gospel! One notorious person saved through can be your inadvertent mascot!
What do you do? Just preach! Ask to pray with someone! Become what god would have you become, and you will simply bring people in!

Matthew 6:33

33 But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

This verse is  like a staple diet: you need it everyday! You may have had enough today, but you need more of it tomorrow! You need it to live, and you like it!
This verse works! But this verse has been misread with many glasses: Pentecostal, Baptist, pantheistic , humanistic..
It was understood as to seek only the kingdom of God- and nothing else. And at end of your life, you will walk on streets of gold in heaven.
This verse does not say you should not seek anything else! It demands you seek the kingdom FIRST. In context actually this passage focusses how you can get the “other” things. A few verses earlier, it talks about the pursuits like eating, drinking, clothes and a house. It talks about having all the needs met, it  does not say you will not get these things on earth. It is actually about how you can get all these things here on earth. God does not withhold anything good from you. These things sometimes elude us since we are seeking these things first. If only we would seek the kingdom of God first, then all those things will come in good measure!
When I first started out , I made a bucket list, in great detail, now yeas later, each of these has been supplied, all because I sought after the kingdom of God.
“What is your secret?” Seek first the kingdom of God! No other! No one needs to pump something in from somewhere! God is the cause of increase: seeking first he kingdom of god. Instead of worrying of what you do not have, you could just spend time just seeking the kingdom of God.

You do not need to have too much startup capital  to  seek his kingdom. Get the word of God into your heart, read, study and build yourself up. When many hours go into htese things, you become a changed person: and will get you into the place where God wants you to be. You do not need an organization to support you!

It works in very area: do not have a cow over your fixed income! Do not let anyone fix it! Even preachers cannot have it made since it is about God, being like Jesus: feeding five thousand and not make a big deal about it!
If you will believe it, it will work. Seek first the kingdom of God.
These words are not for you to preach to others: it is for you to seek first! It is for you to give first. Give in kind and the word! The secret it this! It will work anywhere, in Africa or India . We have to choose God’s method. God wants the covenant people to have everything.
Matthew 11:28
28 “ Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy- laden, and I will give you rest.

In a simple way: all of us have responsibilities: it has become a burden to us: heavy laden and heavily loaded and work hard until we lose our mind, children and our health since we want success so badly. It talks to people like us! Burdened with burdens and worries. Come unto me! You will have rest!
This rest is also misinterpreted! Once you are baptized, they will solemnly warn you, now your problems will be of a kind you never had! But bible does not talk of problems like that!
So far you were pulling this vehicle of life with your mind and intellect, that is why it had been a Heavy lead. Come to Him and God promises the exact opposite. Covenant partner is hanging out with you from now on, he is going to make it easy for you!
Ot is not about religion- it is joining your with the living God as a covenant partner. It is about his covenant promises. You can bound you’re to it! You have been laboring so far, that is why it has been hard and such a mess.  Come to him and god will give you rest. When you begin to put your trust in him.
They put a new ox to plow they put the new on with an older experienced stronger ox. New ox has never done it before, left or right, how long to go, how many laps to make…
Once yoked with the older one, the new ox’s job becomes so much easier!
You have given your neck everywhere else, they made it hard, the debtors. Give your neck to Me! Give it to me, take my yoke in you! You can come to Christ because this nothing to lose. It is already worse, it cannot get any worse! You find the word of God great teaching material, the HS the great teacher. The church is a great learning place. Learn who you are, listen to it many times, learn of Him. If you learn, it It is not about hearing sermons, it is about learning!
You have already signed up for 900 months without God! You did not need God to get into your mess! To become better you need the bible and preacher and the church! only God is the same: you have to change everyday!
Learn from him! Are you here to learn? He will guide and teach you! You will find rest.
His burden is easy and light. It is God hooking up with you and his strength BE your strength! He is your strength wisdom, righteousness, and there will be no chance of  your failing.
Are you hooked up with Him?
My yoke is easy and my burden light! When he takes you around and makes all things possible- not give you more suffering than what you have!

LITTLE GODS

Psalms 82:6-7
6 I said, “You are gods, And all of you are sons of the Most High.
7 “Nevertheless you will die like men And fall like any one of the princes.”

God calls us little gods. It is not a blasphemous thing to be called a little God. Since we are not the almighty God, we are in line with God’s thoughts since he calls us gods.
Even though I have called you gods, you are going to live and die like mere men since you do not realize you are gods! So many go through life never realizing their real position made in the image and likeness of almighty God. That church is the only place where you will get a revelation of a truth like this.
In Psalms 8:4-5 we read

4 What is man that You take thought of him,
And the son of man that You care for him?
5 Yet You have made him a little lower than God, And You crown him with glory and majesty! 

Though all of creation is so wonderful, man seems to be God’s focus. We see that man was made a little lower than God (rendered as angels in the KJV but the Hebrew states God. Even if one does not follow Hebrew, common sense can help one deduce man is higher than angels since angels were appointed to serve man. One appointed to serve is not higher than the one who is served.
Do you know that you have been crowned with glory and honor; all has been put under you, including animals, fish and all of earth? All has been put underneath man. Man is to exercise dominion over these things. Above man there is only God higher than him in hierarchy.
Inspite of this biblical understanding, many do not understand or accept this hierarchy. In the NT, Paul says
in 1 Corinthians 3:1-41

 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual men, but as to men of flesh, as to infants in Christ. 2 I gave you milk to drink, not solid food; for you were not yet able to receive it. Indeed, even now you are not yet able, 3 for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking like mere men? 4 For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” are you not mere men?

The Corinthian as church was a difficult church and people ‘collided’ there. They were not created for such envy and strife; where do gods get such low emotions as envy and strife? The Corinthians behaved like ordinary men (and not like gods). You are someone special, the only reason people live a low existence is since they have not understood they are not mere men!
Read the New Testament and you will find this new revelation unfold. One of the phrases that appear repeatedly in Pauline writings is in Christ or in Him. It appears over a hundred times in Paul’s writings alone.

Let us see the new covenant, in Matthew 26:27-28

27 And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; 28 for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.

Hebrews 7:22

22 so much the more also Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant.

In what way is it better?
Hebrews 9:15

15 For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

The new covenant has promises, of eternal inheritance- something to be possessed. That there is something to be possessed is a new thing for many Christians. A lot of stuff has been laid up for me, I have to know about it, legally approach it and possess it!

You have to execute the will, to possess what has been made yours through it.
This new testament inheritance is what I have to inherit- something that God has made ready and given to me.  This idea of covenant is new to me! I never wanted it, nor knew about it.
in the Old testament, God in his good will came down to make a covenant with man;  God condescended and made a deal with Abraham.  However, this new covenant is a better one, in which there is a promise of inheritance.

Hebrews 9:16-17

16 For where a covenant is, there must of necessity be the death of the one who made it. 17 For a covenant is valid only when men are dead, for it is never in force while the one who made it lives.

The testament is a covenant, but a new understanding hits me. The testament will not come into effect unless the one who made it, the testator, dies!

A will is a piece of paper where you say, I will to give my car, my house to my son, daughter. When we see this is a covenant, we see God offering, bestowing upon us certain things.
There are people who hope they knew God’s will. But you have the will! It is written down. Since it is a will, we would like to know what the heavenly father has given us! In the earthly parlance, knowing their father has made a will, the children are eager to know what there is in it; often the father safeguards it, wanting them to know only after he is gone!
A father far richer than your earthly father, (he owns the cattle on a thousand hills, the wealth in every mine) He has expressed his will, what he wants to give it all to you!

In Joshua we read, Joshua 1:8

8 This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.

This book can be called a winners manual, success book, and now a will! This book is about what the Almighty God wishes to give you what he would like you to have and possess.
On the earth, you have to wait for your father to die to obtain your inheritance. You cannot ask for it while he is alive- he might turn you out of the house. There are places where children pray for the father to die!
The will has power to bestow to a person what he could never have otherwise, enormous wealth and riches and ability etc – all this can only come upon him when the will comes into effect. And it can only come into effect when the testator dies!

V 16 covenant is valid only when men are dead

The man who wants to give must die! He may want to give a whole lot, but you cannot out it to use unless the death happens, the will cannot come to use. The treatment has no force  unless the testator dies. It has power after the testator Jesus dies.

Christians always use the phrase through-Jesus; Paul says “thanks be to God though Jesus Christ the lord” it is all through Jesus that we can have, even approach the Father!
God leaves us an inheritance: He comes in the form of a man; tells us all about the inheritance; and He dies. The moment he dies, the promise, the will, the covenant, the testament, come into force and takes effect. The promise of inheritance has no effect till he dies. When he died, all that he placed for me is available for me to possess, for me to grab!

Hebrews 8:6

6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.

A Better covenant, better promises in comparison to the old. The covenant is a will which contains written words though which wishes are expressed.
Through the written word, God has expressed his wish and desire, in the New Testament. The will contains better promises, God has made  promises; He cannot lie!

Where does this New Testament begin?
Turn a page prior to Matthew ch 1: it reads, New Testament. You got it right? Is it really the beginning of the New Testament? We just read that the testament does not begin until the testator dies! Technically, Mathew ch 1, the testator is not yet dead; you only see his birth there! However, those ‘titles’ are not inspired; the words are!
The actual New Testament must begin at the cross. If you see it like that much of Mathew is the OT except ch 28, so is it with mark, Luke and john. Even when you read about Jesus’ ministry you are only reading the old covenant.

After the gospels, you see that Acts is mainly a historical account. After which is the book of Romans, which is the essence of the new covenant. When you get to roman, keep your eyes wide open, you will see God’s redemption accomplishing something for you and what God has kept for you. From Romans on to the epistles unfold the new covenant. To find your inheritance, read all the epistles!

The new covenant is serious business. It is a lack of this understanding why Christians who have to live like little gods end up living like little wimp[1]s.

It is difficult to understand who you really are with a reading of the narrative gospels alone! The inner meaning of what happened in the epistles is fund in the epistles. Here is where you find in-Christ realities. Where you get to know who you really are.

So many have really not come to the revelation of who they really are. God has given us a lot of gifts to be used in the capacity of being little gods. In using the singing talent, many settle down for a position far away from the position we have in Christ.

It is customary to sing Go, tell it on the mountain, but do you sing to go “tell the mountain to go”, Mountain, you got to move, O mountain. ? We’re content to sing, about Jesus being born, the reason He was born is for us to go tell the mountain that it has got to go! It is not about attending church, it is about what we have become as result off attending church and knowing Christ.’ It is about doing all things through Christ

It is about John writng, “little children you are born of God and have overcome the world”. Until our approach to the bible is et right, we will not possess the inheritance since we will have any chance of coming upon this information.

Like Spurgeon who visited an elderly lady at church upon her death bed, who lived in a hovel, and chanced upon a certificate hanging on a wall, and asked about it. She replied it was given to her by a wealthy aristocrat whom she had served many years and upon his death, he had given to her. And since she regarded him so highly, had hung it on her wall as a mark of respect. Spurgeon remarked to her that the rich man, had given to her his will, the effect of a portion of his estate amounting to hundreds of thousands dollars. The lady had no clue to this painting she had it hanging on her wall, while dying n utter poverty.

A true fact about many Christians today! In many houses, the bible sits on a shelf, set on a shelf in the midst of angel’s figurines. They kiss the bible before they leave for work. It stays on their shelf, and nothing happens to them despite their reverence for it. a will bequeathing  hundreds of crores can be of no use to its possessor even if he reverenced it  with salutations unless, he took it to the bank and staked a claim, with the help of a lawyer if need be.

Reading a chapter in the OT and another in the NT may sound like a good formula, it will not get the benefit! Reading the old or the new is useless unless you approach it like the will. You have to hear that it is the wish of God for you, when you hear it, and hear it from that point of view, understand the truth about it, since everything about you is at stake on your understanding it. It s your inheritance God has prepared for you.

If you want the bible to change you, you have to change your approach to it. It is wonderful Christians respect the bible, but you need to take it to the bank.

Heb 8 says,

6 … He is also the mediator of a better covenant…

God has a will and He comes down in the form of a man to enunciate it, then the testator dies. He the testator dies and rises up again and becomes the mediator of this new covenant, why?

What the testator died for is so important that he does not want us to miss even a part of it, so he rises up from the grave and comes out at the right hand of the father, as a mediator! As we stand on the promise of our inheritance and claims them, he stands as out advocate! If we had someone else, that advocate could mess it up! Thank God some preachers are not our advocates. There are preachers who exclude form us genesis since it is for Abraham (not for us). Exodus fort the children for Israel; so is Leviticus too. The OT is for the Jews!

What about the New Testament? Much of the New Testament is for Paul! Some are for Peter James and John! What about me?  You get nothing till you get to heaven! Thank God we do not have such mediators! It is for this reason that this mediator rose from the dead and sat at the right hand of the father: and whatever you claim from earth, he will make it possible for you!

You cannot miss your inheritance. No one can dispossess you of your inheritance since the one who died, is the testator,  and he rose again and is seated at the right hand of the father to ensure what he wrote for us and dies for is enacted for us! The supreme court of heaven approves what he says since he is the supreme authority.

Expounding on the will is for you to possess, you need to become what is written about you, you need to have what it says belongs to you!

The inheritance is extraordinary and it took God’s own son to give it to us. It has the power to confer upon us what we can have what you have earned for us on the cross and laid up for us. May we be helped by the Spirit of God to walk in it!

29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

30  I and my Father are one.

31  Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

32  Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

33  The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

34  Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

35  If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

36  Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

37  If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

38  But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Jesus was accurately interpreting the scripture in v 30 and the Jews misunderstood that Jesus was alluding to there being more than One God! Seeing them preparing to stone Him, Jesus explained how the scripture said they were gods! Though Jesus was rightfully worthy of being called god being one with the father being born of  a virgin without the taint of sin and come onto the world from Heaven, Jesus wondered if they would stone themselves for that reason?  

In Psalm 82 the psalmist had called them gods! The bible says you are gods. We are not saying that you are God with a capital G. God has made you and placed everything under your feet!

Ps 8

3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

4  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

5  For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

6  Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

7  All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

8  The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

While we are of awe of creation, to God man is the source of His awe! God so thinks of him, and has made everything subservient to him.

Made a little lower than God, elohim. Man is not a little lower than angels; he is just a little lower than God. Above him there is God and beneath him everything else.

Heb 2 applies the revelation to Jesus, since Jesus came as a man. Whatever is true about man in Ps 8 fits Jesus, since Jesus came as a man.

5  For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.

6  But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?

7  Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:

In v6, the writer of Hebrews alludes to Ps 8. How God has chosen to put all things under man’s authority instead of angels. . It’s important to understand how Jesus as a man was not subject to angels.Trying to show Jesus is greater than the angels.

Why did Jesus come into this world?
To set a perfect standard of how a man ought to be in the sight of God. Man had fallen so far away from God, everyone was so tainted, stained by sin and Satan, there was no man! The birth of Jesus was essential for god to send Himself.
Jesus was a perfect man. He never said anything about him not able to do anything. He never once said, I cannot, I am too weak, or he did not have the resources etc. however these are famous words that Christians the world over are known for! I am not able, I’m weak, and I am worn.

Jesus wanted to feed them , the disciples had money, but, ‘even if we bought food, it would not be enough’. It was easy for them to say, what is five lives and two fishes. The real man made ht to sit in rows and fed them! A real man is one how never says I cannot. He never says it is too tough. I am weak; I am not strong enough for it. That is the picture of the real man Jesus is important. He was fearless, kind, full of generosity. The foremost thing about him was faith. God had given him authority over all things.

God had made Him and officer, official, with authority over these things.
If you do not understand authority, look at him facing demons. They hear him coming and they tremble, they are ready to go and beg him for time. He had authority o anything on earth!

Aren’t you concerned we’re perishing! He never said, “come let us pray” He just said Peace, be still. Contrary to what they had had at church so far! They said, “What manner of man is He?” He is just a man from Nazareth, nothing special about him, but how the wind and waves obey him!
You may say, after all He is the Son of God! That argument cannot hold water since, not once did Jesus ever say to the one in need, Lucky you found me; for after I am gone, you cannot ask anyone else for this healing or provision!

Mark 11:23-24
23 Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. 24 Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.

We never preach these words, because it spells trouble for us. We interpret it away, to make molehills out of the mountain.  The scripture cannot be broken.
Can you live like a god on this earth? No one saw anyone like Him.
He scripture says in Colossians 1:15

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.

The first born is Jesus means there are others born after Him. We are next after Him! Whatever the first one is that is how the next are!

What is in the pot comes in the ladle. The sample is Jesus, he is first, and you are next. That Jesus is one of a kind, we cannot be like him was one thing He never said.

After Jesus came and died, there came into existence a new creation! In Christ we are a new creation! There has been nothing like it ever before! It is so new God terms it a new creation! Newly made, nothing to compare it with, if any man be in Christ he is a new creature. In Christ we are a new creation, in Jesus’ race.

Mark 9

The story of a man who brings his young boy was disturbed by a demon who tried to kill him.

17b “Teacher, I brought to you my son, who has a mute spirit;

18  and wherever it seizes him, it throws him down, and he foams at the mouth, and grinds his teeth, and wastes away. I asked your disciples to cast it out, and they weren’t able.”

19  He answered him, “Unbelieving generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to me.”

20  They brought him to him, and when he saw him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and he fell on the ground, wallowing and foaming at the mouth.

21  He asked his father, “How long has it been since this has come to him?” He said, “From childhood.

22  Often it has cast him both into the fire and into the water, to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us, and help us.”

23  Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

He never said, it is good you brought him to me instead of to my disciples, because it is only I who can do it! Watch closely; he said if you can believe. It means if you can only believe! If you can take the unbelief out of your mind, all things are possible for him who believes. No matter however big a devil that bothers you, no matter whatever people say your fate is, if only you have faith, it is possible.

No matter how big the problem, if only you can believe all things are possible. If only you believe all tings is possible!

Kids, adults and people in millions lined to watch superman! Superman would rush to people’s rescue, to little children, and ladies in distress and old people in danger, poor in calamity, superman to the rescue.

However, why did so many people throng to watch this movie? Watch this unreal stuff! When you see it, there is a feeling within your heart, since it resonates with what you want to be deep within your heart! Deep within you know that it s possible! However reality is different; you do not know why you are in this helpless state today! You cannot think straight; no one who can tell you who you are in Christ, and what you have. But deep within their heart you rue why you cannot accomplish those things! These fantastic things do go well with you!

You hear preaching ‘all things are possible’ it causes your hair to stand up! In your heart you seem to know, if only you can believe all things are possible! That is the kind you belong to! That is the kind you are.

The story of the lion that grew up with pigs. One day the rain washed him out and he looked in the water and on seeing his reflection wondered that he was in fact a lion! Looking at other lions, he began to think, “That is the kind I am!” he was looking down so far and making grunts and was sniveling! Looking talking like a pig so far, he realized he was a lion kind! All things are possible.

Put these words big before your eyes: “If you can only believe”. You were made to believe. Like fish in water, you weren’t made for doubt or to be the scum of the earth; you were built to rule and reign in life! You were made to live by faith.

The just shall live by faith

Man shall not live by bread alone!

You were not meant to be sitting in front of the TV, munching potato chips and complain of the recession, Anna hazare and corruption and the weather and fret you do not know what to do. You were made to live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. If you can only believe…

The day you understand it, your life will turn around. All things will be possible! One man said, it is a possibility that all things are not possible! Surely for him all things are not possible! To the one who believes all things re possible!

Put away your doubt and fear; feed yourself with the word of God and speak the powerful word of God. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens

Thanks be to God who always causes me to triumph!

If you give yourself a wrong diet, your grandfather, grandmother, preacher Aristotle and Plato or the newspaper… you will live by that verdict! 

My God shall supply all my needs

Mat 17

19  Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out?

20  And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Jesus only pitied to their unbelief! There was a man who quizzed the devil whom he was to cast out: “Will you go?” “No”, it replied! The devil immediately recognized where this man was coming from! No I’m not going!

If you had faith as a grain as a mustard seed!

If you had faith…

Jesus never said it is not possible to you,   I am the son of God, whereas poor you… no matter who you are, if you had faith! Faith was the most important ingredient that Jesus had: if you had faith… as a mustard seed, you shall say… nothing shall be impossible to you!

I want to put these words in front of me 24/7.

Do not ever open your mouth and say, it’s impossible; it is unbiblical! It is opposite of what faith is. You will perish with it if you talk like that!   Never with your mouth say it cannot be done! There is nothing in the whole world that will not be possible. Nothing shall be impossible! To you!

If you will only have a little bit of faith. So many have a whole lot of unbelief but not even a little bit of faith! A lot of people will taunt you with, you do not have what it takes!  Thus far and no more!  God’s word says, according to your faith it shall be done to you! You were after all made like God; you are a god with a small g! And all things are possible to you; God is a faith-God, God made the whole world with faith. With a little bit of faith, you can move the mountain!

Fear doubt and unbelief are as powerful as faith. People have done themselves in through these powerful forces through their mouth! Undo yourself through your mouth Now! If you can only believe all things are possible. Put your mouth in the right direction and speak!

We Receive Good word, full of the power of faith. We can have the same results like you, all things are possible! If we can only believe, nothing is imposable; faith will make a new life make a new world, faith will create it. Let us feed ourselves with the word!
